Freja Bone Broth Reviews 

Chicken ramen flavour tastes like greasy chicken skin, love the idea of these and was hoping this would be a great addition for the protein and collagen properties.
The sachets would have been perfect shame the taste wasn’t there.
Disappointment!

Best bone broth I've discovered so far without having to make it myself. I'm post menopausal and drink a cup every day. Recently had some queries. Evie at customer services couldn't have been lovelier. Genuine response. Lovely tone of email. Speedy replies. She was the gold standard of service.

Wanted to try bone broth , ordered the starter pack. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Love the beef broth and just received second order. Tried the strawberry flavoured high protein mix. I have subscribed to having a monthly supply of the beef broth and strawberry collagen protein. I suffer with osteoarthritis so need more goodness in the body.

The Freja collagen protein shake should come with a clear warning that it may cause severe stomach upset on the packet. Tastes good but my usually strong stomach did not like it at all. If you are looking for a great tasting laxative - this is for you.
Extremely disappointing.

There was some confusion about my subscription. Freya cancelled my order and promised a refund. they did this in less than 24 hours. Excellent service. I will keep ordering from them directly.

I accidentally subscribed and although I really rate the product high I was not ready to receive more just yet. Evie at customer service was prompt and really helpful with cancelling my order and processing a refund. I haven’t been this satisfied nor impressed with a company and the customer services in a long time.

I am so glad to have discovered Freya’s products, they are excellent and have quickly become part of my daily routine.
The company provides a quick turnaround on orders, they are very professional and staff are lovely when I have had occasion to contact them both by email or on the phone.

I buy the beef broth and it is really delicious - very warming and nurturing. I was really impressed with the customer service too - I had a few problems with my order (my mistake) and they sorted it out no problem and then I wanted to adjust my subscription and again, they resolved it really quickly with no quibble. A brillaint company with a great product.

Appalling customer service. My order was “lost” by DPD. When I contacted Freja I was promised a refund once the order was recalled from DPD. I can see on my tracking the ordered has been recalled yet no refund has been forthcoming. Messages to Customer Service - which they were slow to respond to in the first place - are now being ignored. I’ve now cancelled my subscription going forward given this example of customer service.

I did not think the chicken broth tasted anything like chicken but my partner loved it, something like marmite. I did use the beef broth for a stew and it was fine but no better than the usual stock imo.

I placed a bulk order for Freja bone broth because I have been prescribed it by my nutritionist to help with my compromised digestive system that has pathogens that shouldn't be there. First of all I have to say I really like their products. But....

I had a problem with my first delivery caused by the courier which meant I wasn't confident the products were safe to consume and there is a risk to my health. I reported this to Freja the same day as it was delivered and sent pictures showing the state of the package. At first, Evie responded quickly and apologised and offered to assist. Her last message to me was on 5 Jan asking for extra information and pictures which I supplied the same day. I didn't get a reply. I chased her on 8 Jan for an update, no reply. I chased again on 13 Jan saying if she doesn't reply I will leave a review here to reflect my disappointment with such awful customer care and this review is a fair reflection of that. I fully appreciate the issue I experienced was not a direct result of Freja Foods, but it was caused by their appointed courier so it is ultimately their responsibility to put right. I will continue my quest with Freja Foods to assist with return of the goods for a full refund including postage costs as per my legal lights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If I don't hear from that correspondence, I will escalate this via Trading Standards for their assistance.

I will never buy directly from them again.

Love freja bone broth but wish they did better offers on buying direct. I often shop around and buy elsewhere as I find it cheaper then. Great product though.

I have used Freja bone broth for quite a while now along with making my own when I have time. It really is so healthy and versatile I like the classic beef best of all but always like to have the powder too. I had a problem with the discount code and sent an email and I was dealing with Evie who was so helpful and sorted it out (and refunded a little extra as a gift so thank you!!)

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I genuinely love your products. I’ve been using the beef bone broth every morning for about a month now and the results have been amazing. I’ve only just started with the protein powder, but after such a great experience with the broth, I already know I’m in good hands.

When I received my order one of the products I ordered was incorrect. I reached out to Freja customer service using their online website link and got a very quick response via email. There was no issue in them sending me out the correct items. The customer service is excellent and Evie was most helpful.
