Protein powder is excellent. Our favourite is the unflavoured and we use in yoghurt and smoothies.

Shipping .... Freja need to look at how they ship the protein powder. Shipping in TWO boxes is a complete waste. When I provided them with constructive feedback they said this product was shipped this way due to the "fragility of product and ensure arriving without damage." Maybe they don't know their products very well ... they are stored in a plastic pouch which is pretty robust! Hopefully they revisit their approach and look to ship in one box not two as a minimum!

Efficient service and delicious bone broth

Ordering is a breeze, and customer service is top notch. Delivery is prompt and I just love the product. My fav is the chicken. So nutritious, and as comforting as a hug. I try to drink a cup everyday as part of my self care. Try it you just may love it

Aside from the standard email acknowledgement, which is routine I imagine, once they responded to me directly they were very helpful and processed another order and I received this within 2/3 days and they were kind enough to put extra single sachets with my order. Ellie was super helpful and it was appreciated.

Dpd were the issue I believe or the post office, who knows, initially it was long with them both but once I got through to Freya it was much smoother.

The chocolate and vanilla shakes are really tasty. I made a yummy hot chocolate after a very cold Saturday walk. I was so impressed that I ordered another batch. The vanilla is really nice in greek yoghurt. Looking forward to trying some of the other products.

Great products which are easy to use and taste great. Had an issue with my delivery which was dealt with promptly. Having tried other great bone broth brands, Freja is now my preferred choice going forward.

Never ordering again, on my order it said next day delivery if I ordered in 4 hours clearly a marketing pitch. As later on ( once you paid it then says up to 3 days) but either so I've still not received my order and getting hold of them is a joke, no contact number just an email which we all know is a cope out and I've still not had a reply. Joke of a company I advise you use someone else.

I ordered (#116513) a large batch of broth from Freja which was supposed to be delivered 07.01.25, but the DPD driver did not deliver my package and it is now missing.

I contacted Freja customer service who quickly got back to me and were very helpful. They kindly offered to replace the order. I have now received the replacement.

I originally bought the cartons of chicken bone broth as I’d been really poorly with flu. It tasted SO scrummy, my body loved it. It was as though my body sighed !!
I then tried it in a different form which I didn’t enjoy so much and Freja were amazing and generously replaced it with
no extra charge.

I have been buying the broth for some time and believe it does wonders for the immune system. Excellent quality. I have bought the protein shakes and some accessories which are also excellent quality. I had an issue with some of the stocks where the boxes were damaged. I informed Emilie in customer service and she has already posted replacements. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company and its products. Thank you Emilie.

I have just been discharged from hospital after 3 weeks with a severe ulcerative colitis flare up. The first week I wasn't able to eat anything and the hospital food was horrendous. My mum bought the chicken bone broth powder as it was easy to ask the nurses for hot water and then I would either add rice or noodles that I could microwave for substance. I didn't react to any of your ingredients and I got the nutrients into me I needed without losing too much further weight. This will now be a staple in my cupboards and a bag of this will always be with me if I ever get admitted again! A weird way of saying thank you from myself I guess to everyone at Freja for giving me something flavourful! 5 stars :)

The product is so good and is helping my sister recovery from surgery as a way of adding additional nutrients into her diet. I have also received very friendly (non-robotic) customer service, with quick and helpful replies.

Completely ignored my email, I didn’t like the flavour of the protein powder I ordered so I emailed freja within the set time period as they have a satisfaction guarantee. They didn’t reply to my email so I emailed again … and nothing. The protein powder had a horrible aftertaste which matches the customer service.

The taste of the instant beef broth is wonderful! It's neutral yet comforting. Perfect for anyone who wants to make sure they get protein into their breakfast but don't want a sweet protein shake in the morning

One of my items arrived damaged, but my email was answered swiftly and a replacement sent out without delay. Excellent and friendly customer service.
Still new to the Bone Broth world, but so far loving it!!!

Bone broth shake is delicious and the first protein I’ve found that my gut can tolerate! Fantastic product and brilliant customer service! When I ordered the wrong product in error Emilie responded really quickly and dealt with the issue brilliantly! Great company great product!

I placed an order and before it could ship, I changed my mind and wanted to alter it. One minor problem? It was a weekend. Anyway I sent my email to support with a change request, never expecting to hear. Monday my order shipped - the changes I had requested were effected in the shipping. No drama with up and down email traffic. This is stellar customer experience -- seamless, no bazillions of emails. They read my mail, they actioned my request, they emailed to confirm if I was happy with everything.

All I can say - more orders forthcoming. Such a pleasure to deal with Freja foods who I hope preserve this service ethos as they grow.
