Good experience all round
Nick Harding the engineer came and fixed our boiling and chilled Billi tap we have at home. Neat job, great to have it working again. Call-out was 48 hrs from ordering, which was fine by us.

Jamie Farrell (the engineer) was extremely helpful and solved our issues with a Billi tap which had stopped working. He was very efficient and polite and a really nice guy.

Great service
I had a leak in a drip tray on my water machine, it took just one call to get this sorted. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I received a replacement part within 24hrs! Brilliant service thanks freshground.

Great service
Very efficient, friendly and professional staff. We had a fault with one of our Billi taps. Great service from start to finish. Thank you to Jamie the engineer who attended and rectified the fault.

It has been a fantastic experience with Fresh Ground as the team have been responsive and very well behaved since the beginning. They recommended the right machines for our office, and the installation process and the after-sales service was fast and very professional.
