The installation engineer arrived on…
The installation engineer arrived on site very prompt in the morning and installed equipment with consumables and showed staff how to function and clean machines, he was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent Customer Service + Products, highly recommend
FreshGround and FreshOffice provide excellent customer service and products. Our Account Manager, Melvyn Dunham, is friendly, proactive and very helpful. FreshGround products are excellent value for money and they offer great solutions for the office and working from home set up too.

Quality made up for delivery delay
I waited a week and a half and it’s still not turned up.
Fortunately, the team were understanding and believed the delay was likely to be due to the volume of post that the Royal Mail is dealing with presently. The team kindly agreed to send me another box today, should it not arrive in the post, which very fortunately it did. I ordered the premium pack and I must say it is an absolute Pandoras box of treats and fabulous goodies.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm really disappointed to hear that you haven't received your order, and can only offer my apologies. I checked with the team and can confirm it was dispatched last Tuesday (first working day after your order in line with our terms) but I'm afraid with the current situation we are at the mercy of third-party delivery services.
