Had a broken piece of specialist piping in my building, my own handymen company led me in circles for 5 days on what should have been a simple fix. Finally got in touch with Clive at FreshGround who had someone here within an hour on a Friday afternoon.
Went from having no water on the ground floor for a week to all working all thanks to their quick work.
