Response when we have technical issues with the machine could be quicker.

From the moment our relationship began with Fresh Ground I've never had any issues. Our account manager Melvyn is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We have an additional coffee machine from a leading market brand and we are forever having issues with that machine but I am yet to have a fault with our Fresh Ground machine therefore I am unable to find a fault in Fresh Ground as a whole. With our other machine being so temperamental we'd be lost without the consistency of our Fresh Ground machine.

After more than 2 weeks of waiting - i still don't have an update with regards to a hazardous machine that has been left at our office. Infact, they claim it has been repaired! This machine has been sitting here out of use the whole time.

They attended our office and told my colleague that as far as they are concerned we are out of contract yet changed their mind AGAIN via email!

I have been emailing back and forth and getting nowhere. It literally feels like an argument every time i receive and email. It is literally giving me anxiety!

After putting almost 100+ lives at risk - how can they possibly think there is any room for a 'reasonable compromise'?

I strongly suggest you avoid using their service! They will sell you a dream and if you need the smallest bit of help, you will feel like you are at war!

Worst service and worst coffee machines ever! Please do no get trapped by them!

FreshGround are a very unreliable company that do not offer the level of service we required. We now use company that offers that level of service at a much better price than FreshGround.

They offered us a weird pricing structure. If we bought enough coffee we'd get our coffee machine rental for free. However they were selling coffee at over double the price that we now pay for much higher quality coffee.

When we had problems with our coffee machine not working, the 48 hour call-out policy was often forgotten in this situation. A non-working coffee machine affects the way that our clients view the quality of our services.

We tried to give FreshGround another chance. They took a long time to get back to us on this, so we gave up. This then followed the battle to try and get money back that we were owed by them.

In summary, if you want poor customer service, poorly maintained machines, and a re-active approach rather than pro-active approach to fixing issues, then you should use FreshGround.

We receive a call from our sales rep once a month and it's always well timed.

First class service, honestly cannot complain about anything. I wish all my suppliers were like Fresh Ground :)

mostly happy with the service, just once was let down and wasnt informed that my order cant be full filled 100% but mostly smooth transactions.
