I wish I looked them up before ordering! Ordered a rug online. It did take some time because it was coming from China. Told them I would like to return it because of the very poor quality, and they said no.
Now my credit card company is involved.

The absolute worst company to purchase ANYTHING from. I got something for a mother's Day gift in the beginning of May. I spoke to the UPS people and they informed me that there was never a shipping address on my package. Finally in July, I informed them that I would like my merchandise and if they could please put my address on there and they tried to charge me for shipping and handling again. I told them I wanted a full refund. They never responded to me again. I disputed the payment through my bank account. I will also be contacting PayPal since they take payments through a PayPal account that they have for their company. I also Informed everybody I kno that buy things online on daily basis.

Terrible! Ordered a bedspread and it took weeks to arrive, didn’t look like the picture and even though it was marked king size did not fit the king size bed! They made up a spurious excuse to not refund my money. Be warned! I would certainly never use them again.

Wish I’d read the reviews. Nothing is as stated. Images have been printed onto fabric at very poor resolution. Fabric is not cotton. Haven’t decided if it’s worth the effort to try to ship it back to Singapore.

Everything. Do Not purchase from this company. The rug was so thin, more like tapestry. It comes folded to post office. Post office had to charge postage because the shipping label was fraudulent. Return address is fake, so no real address. Hence why postage had to be made. Disputed the charges as well. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews. This is an absolute fraudulent company. Reveived what I thought was going to be my dream carpet to end up with a piece of vinyl screen printed with a design. It smelled so bad had to remove from my house. The company is not being helpful with return or refund. Sad, sad company

Two rugs I ordered are too large for the area an are so very thin

Just ordered what I thought was exactly what I've been looking for for months. After reading these horrible reviews I'm not even going to wait for the transaction to go through. I already wrote telling them I want a refund. It is still pending at my bank and first thing next business day I'm going to stop payment on it. From now on I'm going to google a site before ordering .

I ordered a quilt set that I had seen advertised on line by fresh house. What I received was a cheaply made quilt with some sort of slick fabric and the reverse side was some ugly black fabric and the trim was the same black fabric. It had a funny smell. I am still trying to get a refund. I should have read the reviews before I ordered it.

Website stinks. It would hang between adding shipping info and starting to enter credit card info. At least they didn't get my credit card numbers.

I wish I had checked the reviews first. Do not order from this company. Shipping is from Singapore and the rug I ordered is a POS! It is not even a rug, it's some imitation material that is cheap and awful. With all the complaints I have seen I am surprised they haven't been investigated. Stay clear of this company!

What’s described as a comforter is the thickness of a sheet. The image on the pillowcases and comforter is not done the best- it’s not blurry or fuzzy but it looks at first like it is. I’m keeping it because I like the image so much. It came much faster than I expected, so that was good. Bottom line, I paid $ 84.16 US for a bedsheet and two pillowcases.

I received a bed cover that had a HOLE 1/2" in diameter right in the middle!! In addition, the design of the thing was not as pictured. After painstakinginly taking & emailing 6 photos of the flaws, I was told that the item I purchased was 95% as pictured online. No refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMSTERS! They have no concern for quality and no concern for humanity.

It is a Scam. Purchased a rug that was never delivered.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! Ordered last October a quilt-received the quilt. When I finished paying for quilt, I got an offer for a comforter set and matching rug-I purchased it. NEVER received the comforter set! I received the rug from my second order, so I know they got it. Tried to give me same tracking number as the quilt to say they sent it. I Have been contacting them for months with no luck. Then I received multiple fraud charges on my account from overseas within 14 days of second order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered a quilt from this company. My order hasn't even left China yet and it's been over two weeks. They really think they can compete with Amazon? My experience with Temu has been awful too. Both of these companies try to lure you with cheap prices but I'm learning - you get what you pay for. Never again. Omg! After 4 weeks the quilt finally arrived and it is absolute garbage. Fabric feels more like plastic than the cotton it is supposed to be. I will never use it. Their return policy is ridiculous. You have to pay return shipping to Singapore - if they even allow you to return it. The cost of return return shipping is more than the item is worth, so I'm guessing they don't worry too much about customers returning their garbage products! WHAT A SCAM! Don't buy from them!!!

Quality of material is cheap. I tried to return the area rug and they refused. The photo of their rugs for sale doesn’t represent what they sent to me. The rug fabric looks like shiny polyester material you would make a cheap bed spread with, not a rug.

The product is garbage. One star is too much!

Ordered curtains. Waited forever. Picture online not actual curtain recrived. Asked for return label and refund the day I received them after opening 1 of the 3 sets ordered. Cheesy curtains. No response and when they did respond they offer percentages and not full refund or return label. I'VE BEEN SCAMMED! UGH
Funny .. they asked if I was happy with their service after many many requests for my refund...HA! Answer to their question is what customer service?! And a BIG FAT NO! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I have yet to receive my rug or my refund. This transaction started the 1st part of Dec 2023. It is now the end of March 2024. There has been no response to the last email .....and there have been several.
Please protect yourselves and your money.
