ordered some curtains several weeks ago.
zero communication on the order other than from paypal saying I was billed. I will be filing a complaint / refund with Paypal. Don't waste your time or money.

I haven't gotten mine yet but i just saw the reviews and now I'm scared! Dear Lord what did i get into?

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. I waited about 3 weeks for what I thought was going to be a a half decent rug for the price. What an absolute joke. It's more like an oversized placemat, definitely not worth $150. Additionally, they do not communicate with you. I've sent multiple emails and have only received canned responses. No phone number to actually speak with them. Ya'll have been warned, don't chance it, you'll be disappointed.

This is a scam store from Singapore that steals fabric and quilt designs from legitimate US designers and manufacturers. Their products are low quality copies. Do NOT shop here!!

The website pictures of the curtains I paid FreshHouseShop.com appear great. I can't honestly attest to their quality as of yet, because I have not received them. What I will say is when you make payment it goes to PayPal with a seller's name of CobraLyLtd. From all indications, after reading buyer reviews and researching the
company, it is a very well disguised scam based in China or Singapore. In the meantime, I have gone to my credit card company to block the credit card and dispute the charge. I also have requested my bank to issue me a new card and number just in case.

We ordered curtains with music graphics. It took about 15 days. Fabric is thin. Colors are faded, graphics are very poor quality. Workmanship is sloppy. Just cheaply made. Terrible. A waste of time and money.

EVERYTHING went wrong! This company is a spam. I ordered a quilt exactly like one ordered from another supplier. The one from Freshouse came from China and is only a cheaply printed picture with faded colors and out of focus from poor resolution on a cheap poly sheet, not quilted at all. They refuse to let me return or refund even though website implies satisfaction guaranteed and a 30 day return.

Bought “handmade” Amish quilt. Got a cheap imitation that was nowhere near the size advertised ! Don’t waste your money! I am SO disappointed. It was supposed to be my very sick mothers last gift. She always wanted one but what I got was junk!

This company is a scam. Ordered a quilt. Canceled a few minutes after ordering still got the items. And they won't respond to my emails trying to get a return label.

Bought a king sized quilt. The quilt showed up about 2 months later. It was smaller than advertised, it was as thin as paper and the image on the front looks like it was printed onto fabric with a super low resolution printer. So I got a small, thin and blurry blanket. Tried to return for a refund. They said absolutely not. Although they did offer to exchange it for a T-shirt and a 30% exchange fee???
Bottom line. Don't buy from them. Worse than wish.com.

1)The item I ordered was not what I expected. No refunds!
2) This is a Chinese company. It took a month to get the item because it comes from China!
3) In America, we enjoy the option and right to get a refund from any company we order from. Not this Chinese company!

The fact that they never tell you it's going to take forever to get, because it's being shipped from China is deceptive!

The fact that they refuse to refund an unused, still in the package item, is deceptive!

Do not buy from this company! Buyer beware!

Only use established American companies if you want to be treated with fairness!

This is a terrible company. What you see is not what you get. I waited over a month for a rug and it was not what I ordered. PLEASE do not waste your money, IT’S TRASH!

This is a bad company. Cheap products that are misrepresented on the website. I purchased curtains that turned out to be a cheap imitation, the pattern looks screen printed and oddly shaped. Waited for weeks to arrive. No lining. Paid over $200. Company will not do a return/refund. Buyer Beware...do not purchase from this company.

Promised refund. Product unacceptable, unusable! Terrible! Would never purchase again.

I ordered a queen-sized quilt from this company. When it arrived it barely fit the bed and was so thin it felt like had no batting in it. A few days later the stitching started coming out. They had reached out to me to ask if I was satisfied with the product and I told them about my issues with the quality. They asked for photos and I sent them. The apologized and offered a 30% refund. I accepted that offer and never heard from them again. I reached out to ask about the refund I never got and have received no response. I'll never order from them again!

I ordered a bedspread and matching rug. The rug arrived quickly and I was very happy with the quality. The bedspread I'm very disappointed in. It is nothing more than a sheet that doesn't begin to fit a twin size bed. So disappointed!!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SCAMMING company. Stay away from this scamming company. I ordered rugs for over $300 and the product took forever to get because it had to made up in China. When I finally did receive the so called rugs in the mail, they were a silk screened tapestry sheet and a bad knock off print and not a rug as order. The ad states a 30 day return, but when I ask to return them, they sent me an email stating (As our policy, exchanges are not available at this time. However, we’d also like to send you a replacement product and you need to pay the 30% fee for the exchange shirt.) I sent them several emails back stating that I did not order a shirt and wanted to return their so called rugs. They have not responded back to me. I used their Paypal obtion to pay for their junk rugs, but my Paypal account has no record of that transaction, as it was charged to my credit card under a false Paypal name.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JUNK SCAMMING CHINA CO.

These people are awful .I didn't recent my order nor a refund they are straight thief.
I will never buy from here again

worst company! Ordered a king size bedspread, the thickness was a little heavier than a normal flat sheet! They obviously don't know what King size is, it was about a twin size bed to small! It was pretty but not at all worth the money! I honestly didn't pay attention to where it was coming from either so that's on me I should know better but was excited to find something I really wanted only to be VERY disaapointed!
