Misrepresentation of item purchased.
They posted a picture of bedding that I already own and wanted another one as a gift. What they sent me was a cheap knock off. When I asked for a refund they told me what they sent was 90% of what the original was. I told them I didn’t pay for 90% and in fact it was more like 25%. I would not buy ANYTHING from this company.

Poor quality, counterfeit curtain print
Ordered some curtains, Waverly Moonlit Shadows. The panel they sent me was not even close to the manufacturers color/standards, poor counterfeit print. I sent them comparison photos and they refused to take them back saying the description on their website did not deviate from the product they sent. No customer satisfaction in their rules and procedures. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!

Bed set too small and thin. No resolution.
I ordered a queen size bedspread which was fairly expensive. What I received was a thin sheet with box shapes made over it by threading that obscured the design. Worst of all it just barely covered the top of the bed. No sides. Then, they said to order another “shirt” paying again with a 30% discount. Delivery time long also. Ordered June 4.

DO NOT BUY!!! The product I ordered took weeks to receive (stuck in customs). The rug looked nothing like the picture. It was a knock-off print on a cheap, thin mat (more like a dish drying mat). I sent pictures and demanded a return and they offered a 30% refund of my $147.00 purchase. SCAM.

Fresh House is a scam. Ordered 2 items costing over $100 +shipping. They came after waiting weeks and we’re defective and didn’t meet measurement standards. Been trying for. Month to get return label for refund and get no response.

I would give this company a zero if…
I would give this company a zero if possible. It's a Korean company that does not provide the products as advertised. They will send something, but it will be garbage. They do not accept returns and although the site has "reviews", they are obviously fake as there is no place to leave a review.
