I ordered curtains. After a month they arrived. The advertisement showed tan colored curtains w a black print. The curtains that showed up were pink w a grey print on them. They WOULD NOT refund me my $, even though they have on their website that descriptions that dont match the product are a reason for a refund!! DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!!

This was a complete rip-off. Warning! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They advertised the products as a rug, this is not a rug it is a mat. The mat does not look anything like the picture. The patterns are so blurry and the colors are not defined at all. I sent an email to customer support and haven't heard from them. And to be honest I don't expect to hear from them. Warning to anyone thinking about ordering from them, you will not get what you pay for. IT IS A MAT NOT A RUG.

Fresh House is a rip off. They advertise a quilt and what comes, almost a month later id two pieces of a fabric that has no label saying it is cotton (and I donot believe it is) with no quilting, and the design is something from a photograph printed on the fabric. There is no quilting. When you buy, they don't say it is coming from Singapore and that it will take a long time to arrive, and then you get this weird tracking service that keeps saying it is sitting somewhere waiting for USPS. It arrives with a label from somewhere in the US. It is not the size they advertized. I looked into sending it back but I paid over $71 and the cost of shipping to Singapore when I checked would be as much or more. DON'T BUY FROM FRESH HOUSE!

We bought 3 packs of fresh Chicken which turned out to be off and green inside,I've been put off Chicken because even woolworths has the same problem.You can blame loadshedding but atheist go through the meet and see if it's good enough to eat.Im done buying from Freshouse,FOREVER!

Fresh house is a ripoff. Product quality is a zero. Purchased a rug and the print was so blurry, I thought it was a snowstorm and not various pieces of fruit. The rug was so thin and slippery, it was unusable. Asked for a refund, and a way to return it three times with no legitimate response. I will dispute the payment to thme on my Credit Card. Beware!

I've been waiting for my product for a month. When I reached out to them they gave me a tracking number. It's now saying that my item is at a Post Office in Sacramento CA and is being held they at "Customer's requests ". I am in Texas I must certainly did not requests this! How can I get a refund .

This queen size colorful bed spread product took weeks to get here. It does not look anything like the picture I ordered from and it is made with very cheap materials and it is so thin and only big enough to go on a twin bed. A total disappointment and way over priced for the what just arrived. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

This company is clearly a scam! I paid $127 for two blankets and what they advertise vs what I got was nothing alike. I got a cheap blurry version of what I ordered. It took a month to get to me, they bombarded me with emails to buy more crap. Horrible customer service!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They suck. I bought what I thought was a beautiful Horse Quilt that was supposed to be 3d and 100% cotton. What I got was a piece of crap that barely looked like a horse, no 3d and definitely NOT cotton. I had to fight with them to get my money back but paypal was on my side. Save yourself heartache. I cried when I opened the package. I wish I could post pics. It was like ordering Jason Mamoa and getting the 5 ft tall scrawny island guy instead. I would not have paid $5 at a flea market for this.

The product is terrible, it was gold not brown and a moving blanket material not a quilt. DO NOT ORDER THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNS

I ordered curtains for my entire house from this company on December 8, 2023 and I received a partial shipment on December 30, 2023. It is now January 27, 2024 and I have sent several emails telling them that I only received a partial order and they responded once telling me to check with the shipper, whatever that means. I sent several other emails that they wouldn’t answer. They finally sent me an email with a canned response saying “I need to let the product sit, and the air will inflate it since it’s air shipped.” I told them that their response didn’t make any sense. I explained to them again that my complete order was not shipped to me. I see that the other part of the order has a different order number but it just says “in transit”, and it has been that way since January 7, 2024. When I emailed them about the different shipping number, they wouldn’t respond. I even emailed and asked for a phone number to speak with someone but I got no response. Please don’t buy from this company, you’ll be disappointed. They stole over $300 of my hard-earned money.

This is an update of my experience. My other package from my order arrived today. I haven't opened it yet, I hope it's all there. I'm glad to finally receive the package. The only problem is that we were in the process of buying other curtains to try to match because we thought that we weren't going to get the rest of our order. It would've been better if someone had contacted us earlier and at least said that they were working to resolve our issue. The two month ordeal threw everything in our home remodeling off. In any event, it has been quite the experience. Caveat emptor!

No stars would bee a better fit for this company. The pattern on the duvet cover was blurry and the color was wrong. They would not refund the money since the product was not damaged. This company shod be shut down, I only wish I had checked thw reviews before ordering it!!

I would like to leave no stars on the review. I ordered a “quilt” That was supposed to be handmade. I received it a month later with emails letting me know it was taking a while because the company was checking the order to make sure it looked good. Well, whoever checked it needs to be retrained…. I received it and it looks like a blurry picture printed onto cheap fabric made to look like a cheap quilt. It was supposed to be the different national parks. It’s so blurry you can’t read the writing of the national park names. I emailed them with pictures asking for a full refund and return address. This was their response:

I’m disputing with PayPal. Save your money and stay away from these crooks.

I made a purchase & the tracking number had in hung up in Franklin park Il. I tried to crack through our postal service and it said no history of the package. I have tried to contact them & not received anything back either. Not very reliable & I'm not going to be a repeat customer!

Much like everyone else that has put a review on here I feel like I have been taken! It seems the round rug called ( tinsley Red ) that I ordered is now stuck at O'Hare Chicago airport. And it has been weeks and weeks and nothing yet. No response from the company either! Anyone looking to purchase from this company should not do so!
UPDATE: almost a month later and I receive the product. It turns out, it is a cheap printed mat. It is not a rug whatsoever! I'm trying to get my money back at this point! Do not even think about working with these scam artists! I would not pay $5 for this cheap printed mat!

A Reasonable Experience
The round rug I ordered took maybe 8 weeks or more to arrive (much longer than expected), but I tracked it online to see it was hung up at O'Hare in Chicago for a very long time. It arrived in a bag, folded and tightly shrink-wrapped! I guess I thought it would be rolled up, like you see at a store. It is still creased, despite ironing with a damp cloth. However, it is beautiful, just as cool as shown on the website. The diameter is about 6 inches smaller than stated, though. I emailed the company, but wasn't about to return it, and didn't hear back. My experience was a little frustrating, but not really bad. I love the rug, which is different from anything I've seen elsewhere. This purchase was worth it, to me. Oh, and on the payment page there is space to leave a tip (unusual), so I included $10. Maybe I'm a sucker, but I'm happy nonetheless.

Wish I would have found this place instead of going by the "reviews" on the website! PLACITC LIKE top that was DIGITALLY PRINTED - NOT HAND MADE!!!! NO WARMTH at all - size don't match either SMALL!!!

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Selected a beautiful quilt, but what was received was NOTHING like the picture. Awful. So disappointed. The return process is not easy either. And I get to pay return shipping to SINGAPORE! Do not buy from these people. You will not get what is advertised.

I ordered a quilt on November 30th. I received an email stating my payment had been processed via PayPal on December 8th and the product could be expected within 10-15 business days. This was to be a Xmas gift. The company sent a lot of emails about the product's process in the beginning but no product has arrived & they aren't answering my emails now! The "tracking" was very strange...just a blue line with "China" and an arrow to "Unknown" plus a list of places it had been to in China. It was still in Peking on 12/27! It has been over the 15 business days and the tracking finally shows it has made it from China to a NY processing center. After reading other reviews, I wonder if I will get the quilt and if so, what type of quality it will be. I wish I had read the other reviews but I have never had a bad experience with on-line shopping until this one! I will update my review if I ever get the quilt.

I ordered “premium blackout curtains with thermal protection, noise reduction and privacy protection”
I received unlined see-through curtains and the pattern is pixelated and grainy.
The website’s refund policy states that they will make every effort to refund the full amount of the original order if:
•The product material differs from what you ordered
•The product you ordered is not the one you received
•The product differs from how it was described in the original

All of these apply to the low quality curtains I received. The company ignored multiple emails until I filed a complaint with PayPal. They then offered to only refund 30%.
You cannot leave a review of products purchased. This website is fraudulent - AVOID!
