I recently reached out to Customer Service regarding a shipping error that had been ongoing. Harper was kind, understanding, prompt, and swift with resolution. I was also provided with a $10 credit for the inconvenience which I was not expecting, as this is an error by the shipping company, not Freshly. It came as a very pleasant surprise. Five out of five stars to Harper in Customer Service!

Quick exp dates/freezing instructions
Contacted customer service for receiving 5 meals that expired within 3 days (I wanted meals for the entire week). Pat helped give instructions for freezing and reheating meals. I let him know that this Information was not on the packaging. He was very good at customer service and efficient. Of note, it was difficult to find how to contact customer service on the website. I would advise sending meals that don’t expire so soon or putting freeze and reheat instructions on packaging. Thank you.

Hello. I was told about Freshly by my son who is a customer. I then went ahead and started a subscription to be delivered on Feb.16th. I then found out about the referral program. So I contacted your support team and chatted with Jamie C. who was able to apply the credit to both my sons and my subscriptions. I was very thankful and Jamie was great.

Edit: Unfortunately this ended up not being the case. PJ emailed me at 3:00 AM to tell me there was no replacement order and my grandmother would have to wait until Friday for the meals.
This isn’t PJs fault, but Freshly never even communicated with me that the meals weren’t coming. I had to hear it from my grandmother, when she didn’t have food to eat because her meals never arrived.
Unfortunately, I can’t use this service. It’s poorly run and can’t be relied upon to get people the food they need.
PJ was really professional and helpful. The order for my grandma got delayed and they refunded and rescheduled me for an ASAP delivery to get to her so she had food!
