I bought several bottles - I was nervous that the prices were v good because the quality would be compromised. Sure enough, 2 bottles were spoiled and I emailed them. I had to chase twice before I got a reply offering a credit note. After another email I got a full refund. So, good prices, mixed quality, clunky customer service.

Service is terrible. The first mail gave wrong delivery date. The second mail corrected it but failed to deliver. I called by the end of the day, then the delivery finally occurred on the next day without explanation. Disappointed. Very random.

I ordered a $400.00 bottle of scotch. Unfortunately the shipping was $250.00 to the US and I had to cancel. They were helpful and refunded my money.

Single bottles at optimal age.
Both wines by the single bottle and available at optimal time to drink which I can confirm from the St Joseph white was priced well for the quality. Only problem was they doubled the delivery charge for two bottles when I added the 2nd to the order which was strange although they were from total different parts of the world.
