Quick delivery. Some of the parts not best quality, couple of cams snapped on me and no spares and so had to leave a couple unsecured until I could grab some replacements from Screwfix the next day. Would make all the difference if they just included a few spares.

However, didn't take long to put together andis pretty solid bed that feels like for the money it will be a decent purchase.

Rectified a missed item on first delivery and sorted out quickly with no fuss.

Someone answered the phone immediately both times I called, then they called me when the order was out for delivery. The two men who delivered took the heavy item upstairs even though they said they weren't meant to. Everything was very well packed and the price was the best I saw.

Great people to buy from always kept informed of order progress, delivery guys rung half an hour before delivery. And were polite and friendly. Thanks will use again.
