Fast delivery and great service in terms of the 60” fire From what I saw online it looks great- can’t comment further as won’t come out of the box till October when media wall being built

For the money my tool shed is spot on. Must wear gloves when assembling as panels are obviously sharp. Very flimsy whilst assembling so need an assistant. When assembling it becomes very sturdy. Asp and staple for lock is a little flimsy but no problem as I don't store anything expensive in it.
I'd reccomend this tool shed especially at the price!

Delivered an item that is damaged and the wrong colour and want me to pay to return it??

Purchased brown PVC bamboo outdoor privacy fence.
Good product, it looks great, and reasonably priced. I ordered this to cover up tatty old garden fence. Well pleased with the look. Prompt delivery and arrived well packaged. I will definitely recommend and order from garden sanctuary again. Delivery man was very polite and helpful too. Thank you everyone.

I ordered and took delivery of a metal garden storage box, the kind you can use to keep cushions and other outdoor stuff tidied away and dry.

It came quickly, was well packaged and email communication was clear and concise. Not flooded with messages very step of the way, but enough to let me know the order’s progress.

The price was great value and the product was excellent quality. Loads of reviews on their website had said the metal surfaces came all scratched but they are coated with a thin plastic protective film. This did ‘look’ all scratched up but the surface was perfect once this was removed (I wonder if other customers didn’t realise you had to remove the protective film!).

Instructions were clear and easy to follow and the pack even included some protective gloves with handy rubber finger-tips. Even my ham-hands were able to deal with the tiny screws, nuts and bolts with these gloves.

I would highly recommend both the product and the seller as they are well worth working with and great value for such quality products.

First class service and excellent value for money

Bought a cracking white fireplace. Flat pack. Easy to build. This is just what i was looking for. It is perfect in every way. 9 diff colours of brightness. Heater packs a punch. Low or high or set a temperature. More than happy with this.

The gate arrived on time and very well packaged. I replaced a gate which had started to rot with the one I purchased from Garden Sanctuary. I decided that although it was treated wood I would stain and varnish it before fitting it to try and extend its life.

I ordered a garden umbrella and square base off the website. The base turned up very quickly with the umbrella following the next day.

Upon receiving the umbrella package, one end was open and a strap was snapped showing rough handling during transit. When inspected there were 2 parts missing to attach to the base and screw 2 parts together.

After e-mailing Garden Sanctuary, even though the fault was with the delivery company, they were quick to respond, very friendly and accommodating, and sent out the missing parts within 3 days, in time for the event I had wanted the umbrella for.

I would highly recommend Garden Sanctuary and will be using them for future purchases.

I ordered a canopy and had a problem with the perspex and I contacted Garden Sanctuary who provided me with some options to rectify the problem. They sent me a new order and always communicated with me which made the whole experience of working with them very positive. I would buy from them again.

Excellent outdoor storage box

This storage box is superbly stylish for an outdoor storage box with a massive capacity and holds all our outdoor cushions/ beach / holiday gear plus outdoor boots and shoes. It frees up my small conservatory. However be warned….my husband and son were daunted on seeing the seemingly hundreds of tiny self tapping screws and nuts and bolts. However they set to with a will. Oh my oh my what a sight they were. Each metal side, top and bottom were in a shrink wrap type cling film. This simply would not pull off in reasonable lengths except for the odd occasion when a cheer went up. I went out to help as it was raining so we all sat on the floor in the rain for 2 hours- I kid you not. My son cut his finger that bled profusely and my husband cut his hand that didn’t bleed so much. I gave up as small strips pulled away to 3ins tailoring off to a fine point. I even wondered if the film should be left on as part of the weather resistance but husband and son said not. They persevered and the box is a smart as a piece of furniture and the shiplap echoed the cladding on my home very well indeed. I can heartily recommend this box but paid my son £60 in recompense for his trouble lol 😂 He says he will never put another one together - oh and by the way, a small battery powered drill is a must or they would have taken all afternoon I reckon.

Really good value and looks great. So much better than a plain wooden fence.

Really good item, exactly what I wanted, at a very good price. The only issue was the tracking number didn't work. Took about a week to arrive but worth the wait.

Garden storage box

Efficient service. A neat little box which will hopefully hold most of our tools on the allotment!
How anyone can put it together in one second though as stated I’m not sure! 🤣

Regardless of the negative views, overall I think this company are good!

I ordered a bike shed over the Xmas break, ordering and payment were easy, as you'd expect, the only negative is I didn't recieve any updates as to where the parcel was in the shipping process, nor did the courier service update things there end.

I recieved my package a week after ordering (which was over the Xmas break) which is really impressive.

The goods recieved were built to a good standard, however upon checking all parts (alot of parts) I noticed I was missing 4 struts. I emailed Customer Service and they were very helpful and had the missing parts shipped over to me as high priority.

The shed itself was tricky to erect, and advise to read the instructions prior to building as it offers some useful tips and recommended PPE.

Overall a good experience, would I order from them again....Yes. Would I recommend them.....Yes.

I would of gave 5 stars if all parts were within the actual package, I recommend that the company carryout some form of quality check prior to shipping to ensure all parts needed are within the package being sent.

Product was delivered in good time and was a good buy at the sale price I purchased it at.

I initially had an issue with delivery (which is common with all delivery companies and my address) I contacted them with no details as my email had been hacked and I had lost them all. They found my order from my email and honestly couldn't have been anymore helpful. Sent me out a second bike shed which arrived within 2 days and then followed up with emails to check the items arrival and if I was happy with everything. The lady was so helpful (like some olden days customer service) and she went above and beyond to rectify the initial error (which was the delivery companies not theirs!) Really happy and an absolute bargain of a bike shed!

Happy with price and service. Customer services were on the ball with responses and resolved my queries really efficiently. I would definitely order from them again.
