An incredible service! I could not be happier and will l be using them all the time!

Can't recommend enough. I have been having a nightmare with my mac as the company I worked for, am freelance, somehow attached my bosses email to my personal one resulting in my whole account being blocked. The company refused to take responsibility. At my wits end I googled IT support and thankfully randomly found Amir from Geeks Callout. He made feel calm and not stupid! Plus my laptop is now working. Thank you.

Great service kind and friendly problem solved

You always feel nervous giving someone your laptop or phone but usually you are desperate to get it working and will take the risk. Geeks were great. They picked it up same day. Said 48 hours but came back to me in 24 hours. Told me how much before they did work. It was expensive, discussed options for cheaper hardware as I don't use laptop everyday. Delivered back 10pm instead of 8pm as couriers car broke down. But kept me in the loop which was great as I had already paid and was starting to worry that I'd been conned. It works perfectly now. I would highly recommend.

I had a broken laptop display. I checked first with another company, but they were not able to find replacement display. Geeks callout found the part, delivered it from overseas and managed to fix my laptop. All was done within 8-9 days. They also got my laptop from home and then returned it back. They kept me updated.

The very fact he logged on remotely fixed my software glitch (it was a security problem, apparently), and it immediately worked without the engineer having to do anything! I needed to fix my PC, as it was heating up and not working properly.
Geeks Callout answered me instantly through the website's chat, and were able to take my PC from my home (!!) and give it back within.. a day - all fixed up!!
They even went the extra mile of organizing my harddrives.
This is a perfect service if I ever saw one.

Using the chat functionality on the website led to an immediate quote and confirmation that the work could be done immediately. The laptop was picked up, screen repaired and returned, all within one day. Fantastic friendly service. I definitely recommend Aamir and the team at Geeks Callout.

Phoned re problems with Goggle crashing on my computer. Online engineer was Aamir. The problem took about 2 hours to fix but he was polite, helpful, and reassuring and made a useful suggestion for possible further improvement of the computer. I am very satisfied with the service.

Aamir was very quick and helpful over email and got my iMac upgrade turned around extremely quickly. iMac is now performing better.

Excellent service. Cracked screen on laptop. Called in the morning and Aamir was able to pick up same day, fix the screen and return that same evening. Laptop looks same as before the break and works perfectly. Great communications too. Very pleased and would recommend and use again
