Everything was brilliant - product, price, despatch BUT what stopped me giving 5 stars was Amazon Logistics. They left the very large box outside the porch - no attempt to ring the bell, just left it in full view of the road. Surprised it was still there when I spotted it, a box labelled 'Air Cooler' in plain sight, in a heat wave.

Incorrect/misleading advert
Incorrect/misleading advert. They have a small print burried somewhere and easy for anyone to miss, but the bold wordings are absolutely misleading. Product not easy to use, so be careful, the returns and refunds policy is complex. Customer have to pay for shipping, even though they already charge for delivery. Strongly advise to think twice before ordering here. I am still waiting for resolution for the two issues I raised, before I report.

Update:
Please see below response from Geepas. They have asked me to contact them[customer support]; in fact I have already done that but failed to receive response. It' s a joke they make of themselves? On one side they don't resolve the issue and not even respond to emails and other side in public they pretend to be genuine by responding to reviews.

No delivery.. 3rd day of waiting , even though site promised 'next day delivery'.
Have written to customer support twice already...no reply.
No way to contact company.

I bought a salad maker a couple of years ago. One part of the salad maker broke and I contacting them to request the new part. I'm very grateful with them because they had the part and they sent it over to me. They didn't charge for the part, only for the delivery fee. I'm very happy with the customer service, they always replied fast. I'm also very happy that I managed to get the spare part and not having to get a completely new salad maker - with other brands there are a lot of times when they don't sell the parts and they make you buy the product again. Being able to get the part is good not only for the customer but also for the environment. Thanks a lot!

I have tried 4 times to contact their support email as directed on their website and it comes up with server error every time. I looked for a contact number and NO I am not going to ring Dubai!
The toaster that I bought from them has a '1' slice option yet, when used, both long bays' elements light up. So my question is 'What does the 1 slice button actually do?
2 days later (23/6/26) and I have come to conclusion that messages do not penetrate the Geepas system or those dealing with this enquiry.
I have simply asked what a publicised feature on their toaster does and they have (when they choose to reply) taken this simple enquiry as a complaint and said to send the toaster back, rather than answer the question.

After the seal on my pulse blender broke(no fault on the product) ,I contacted customer service for assistance sourcing a replacement seal.
The response from Arjun was amazing.
