After the seal on my pulse blender broke(no fault on the product) ,I contacted customer service for assistance sourcing a replacement seal.
The response from Arjun was amazing.

Do not be fooled by Geepas’s advertised "Next-Day Delivery." I paid a premium price specifically for swift delivery and a 2-year warranty, only to experience a total failure of service and an outright attempt to mislead me. My order was placed on 27th May. I was sent a broken tracking link routing me to a completely wrong courier (DHL). After playing detective, I managed to unearth the actual tracking log via SmartConsign and DX. The internal data proved unequivocally that Geepas generated a shipping label and pre-registered a manifest on 27th May to pretend it was shipped, but never actually handed the physical box over to the courier. For days, the courier's live status read "expecting your parcel shortly"—because my fan was sitting on the stock. I sent a formal, heavily documented complaint exposing this fake tracking trail. Miraculously, the item was rushed out and arrived the very next day(3rd JUNE).Even worse is their customer service response. When they finally repliedthey used their standard, predictable script: aggressively deflecting the blame onto the courier company and claiming they have "no direct control over scans." A courier cannot scan a parcel that Geepas hasn't physically handed over to them.To top off the abysmal experience, they offered a 15% discount on a future order as "goodwill." I will never spend another penny with a company operated by Western International Group, where the leadership has a long history of dissolved corporate entities on Companies House. They take your cash upfront, hide behind automated tracking compliance, and gaslight you when caught. Avoid.
Additionally, the weather went cold and I didnt even have a chance to use their fan. Until! Today the heat boiled my room so I tried this premium fan to find out its a basic fan, noisy and does not reduce the temperature but increases humidity so that you can stay hot but sticky. Avoid avoid avoid!

I emailed Geepas on the off chance I might be able to get some info on how to get a replacement item. They asked me to hang on a little bit, which I thought was a brush off, and just over a week later I got what I asked for..

Poor tracking. Gave DHL tracking number which was not recognised by DHL when i called them. ItS NOT NEXT day delivery. No way to track.
The items are okay. Not outstanding- not happy with the purchase .

Awful customer service. Next day delivery took 7 days, generic emails saying sorry. Blaming the courier. When the courier did come which was DX, he told me, they only got the order day before it arrived to me. So basically it wasn't sorted when I ordered. Won't be using them again

We had a problem with a electrical 2 plate counter hop and we weren't sure if we could get it replaced under guarantee. The company responded quickly and affirmed that they would replace it. Their speed of response gave us confidence in their product.
