Had zero problems. Had to verify my account which was an easy process. CS were helpful removing a bonus I couldn't remove so I could withdraw my real cash money. Withdrawals are quick, usually within the hour, or within 24 during the weekend. I only really play BJ so can't comment on other games but I like the site.
