I am writing this to express my absolute disgust with Genting Casino (Username: chechi_cc21). I never expected a famous international company to use such shameful tactics to cheat its customers.My nightmare started on 5th August 2026. I deposited £1,000, won £100, and requested a £100 withdrawal. A day later, my withdrawal record completely disappeared, though my game record clearly proves I won. Marcus from Live Chat explicitly confirmed to me that the £100 was on its way, promising to follow up. However, after 6 days of waiting, I sent an email to their support team, but completely no one has replied.Based on my terrible experience, this company ruins your mood with these traps:
First, the moment you deposit money, they lock your capital and bombard you with endless questions. You must answer everything before they release your money. I came here for entertainment, not to play a quiz show. It instantly kills all the fun.
Second, if you click their bonuses, your real nightmare begins. Their terms basically require you to lose your entire deposit before getting anything. There is an option to cancel the bonus, but it is broken and you can never cancel it.
Third, reaching customer service is an absolute joke. Their useless AI chatbot just plays with you, making you waste at least 45 minutes before you can finally speak to a real human.
Fourth, when you finally try to withdraw, your money just automatically vanishes.Honestly, I no longer expect to get my £100 back. I truly believe stealing players' money like this is their real source of income. What a rubbish company. Please save your money and your sanity—do not let them ruin your entertainment!
