Wore Georgia Hardinge for my wedding. Dress was less than £600 but looks like couture. What a find! Incredible quality and fit and the material is stretchy too. GH is pretty genius with these unique designs. Customer service were amazing - very friendly and responsive. I bought 4 dresses to try and they were really helpful with the returns.
I know there are some comments on the packaging but I think it’s a good thing that they use minimal packaging which is recyclable! Also the dresses don’t crease due to the signature pleats so you don’t need all that excess packaging…

Easy to exchange, beautiful design
The shipping to the USA was so fast. Received the Torrent dress and loved it but it was too big. Exchanging was very easy and the new smaller dress also came very quickly. Love the design and hope to purchase more from this label in the future.

Beautiful dress, with room for improvement
Wanted to start with saying that the customer experience was amazing. The team were really kind and considerate when I had to contact them about my order. I'm really happy with the wedding dress, however the 'bra strap' like strap detail feels really cheap on what I find to be a really beautiful dress (hopefully a dressmaker can put something prettier on). Also, the packaging was really low quality. A wedding dress (or any order from what is quite a luxury brand) should not squished into a small paper package. It was such an anti-climax to see my wedding gown crushed into a bag (especially when you consider how couriers treat packages).

Incredible customer service
I bought my first Georgia Hardinge piece through Olivela several years ago. It was the most I have spent on a gown and I was and still am so glad that I found it, it is my favorite gown I've ever worn. It is so well and beautifully made. I received so many compliments at the wedding I wore it to. One guest even shared with me that she thought I had the best dress and it was her favorite from all the women there, and that I looked like a golden goddess ◡̈ . I sure felt like one, I felt incredible wearing it. Unfortunately I hadn't had another opportunity to wear it, up until recently, so I pulled it out to try it on and noticed something had happened to the fabric somehow, some of the gold foil on the fabric had fallen off and I was devastated. I reached out to Georgia Hardinge to inquire about how I can fix it to reapply gold foil. Clarisse helped me so much, she was quick to respond, easy to talk to and was very friendly. They ended up sending me a new dress, it wasn't the same one as they no longer carried it however it is just as fabulous. It was really generous of them and honestly I'm in awe of their service. I am so looking forward to wearing this new dress.

The material was very scratchy and not comfortable and the fit was for a someone with no busy tall willowy frame skinny arm holes but oddly the hips were too big so I think they need to address the ‘fit’

Wonderful Art Deco structured dress
I saw this dress on my Facebook feed and thought that it would be perfect for my 60th birthday party in August and it fits like a glove despite my saggy body situation. Very cleverly structured.and beautiful pleating.
My only gripe was the way it was packaged. It was a £775 dress reduced to £299 but turned up scrunched up in a plastic bag with a thick paper bag exterior. I would have thought it would have come in a garment bag for protection. To be fair once it was on the hanger it looked fine so it wasn’t the end of the world. Don’t let it put you off. Can’t wait to wear it!

I’ve had such a lovely experience with Georgia Harding. The clothes are absolutely exquisite — beautifully made, flattering, and they feel really special to wear. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into the designs and quality.
