I am genuinely impressed by Georgia Hardinge. The dress I bought was beautifully made, sculptural in shape and exactly as unique as it appeared online. I recently purchased one of Georgia Hardinge signature pleated dresses, and I couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship is exceptional the sculptural pleats are flattering, unique, and feel like true wearable art. The dress arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and the customer support was fantastic, answering my questions promptly and making the whole experience feel really personal. Highly recommend both the designs and the service.

Ordered a gown I had my eye on for a while. Bought in two sizes as wasn’t sure of fit as I have bigger bottom half than top. Actually the fabric and cut meant either could have worked but I opted for the tighter fit. The dresses are so flattering. Can’t wait to wear it to upcoming party.
The returns process for the dress I didn’t keep was easy and I got a refund quickly.
Thinking of reasons to justify buying another soon!

Ordered a dress and the quality was absolutely dreadful at the price point. Obviously I attempted to proceed with a return but they've not bothered to refund the money..this company is an absolute scam I don't understand how they are getting any positive reviews at all. Do not purchase at any cost

I wore one of Georgia’s fabulous dresses to my engagement party. I have never had that many compliments on an outfit. It was superb. As was the customer service, which was second to none. After a Royal Mail mess up Georgia went out of her way to make sure my dress arrived in time for the party, going into her office on a Saturday to courier it to me. She also ensured I had my refund to the other ones within the week. Brilliant dress, exceptional customer service!

Great Returns policy I got an instant refund on a few dresses which meant I could buy another one in time for an event! I was also able to do an instant exchange. All in all, great customer experience. Cheers!

Still waiting 32 days later for my returns reimbursement of over £1000. I'm going to have to tell my bank. What a shame, as the dress I did keep back from the 3 I purchased is lovely (albeit expensive).
Wary of purchasing from them again! Thank goodness I used a credit card.

Thankfully, they offer instant exchanges, so I was able to get the right size just in time for my weekend event (the dress was a hit - everyone asked where it was from!). I’ve never used an instant service like this before, and it was a total lifesaver. I’d 100% buy again!

I feel that the design was really original but also incredibly flattering.
I ordered a few sizes to try and found the returns process easy and quick.

Preordered beginning of May for June. End of June came, no dress and no communication. I was told there were delays due to moving warehouses after emailing them. End of July comes, a different excuse about pleating issues. I tell them I’ve ordered the dress for my wedding in September, the dress arrives within the week. The colour is nothing like the pictures, it was supposed to be opal like but looked pale gold. Terrible fabric quality, see through with no undergarment provided. For £450 the dress was SHEIN quality. I was shocked at how bad it was. AVOID!

Bought a dress on 29th July. Returned immediately- poor fitting, didn’t like fabric etc.
Still waiting for refund. No reply now to emails. They sent an ‘echeque’ to PayPal which hasn’t cleared 10 days later. Becoming increasingly worried that I won’t get my money back. Beware!!!

Georgia Hardinge's designs are effortlessly cool, timeless, elegant and stylish and her sizing is perfect. Her dresses work for multiple body shapes and sizes, which isn't often the case with other designers who stop at a size 14. I ordered multiple dresses and the speedy delivery and return process was faultless. Needless to say, I found my perfect dress and LOVE it.

Bought a dress for my wedding reception, not cheap (£500!!) but the quality and fit was awful. Super thin, scratchy material and weird construction. I sent it back (and had to pay for 24 hour tracked delivery) and three weeks later still haven’t received a refund. I’ve emailed them multiple times now. Avooiiiiid like the plague (I literally made a trustpilot account just to warn people about this brand lol)

Poor returns process

I ordered a dress and returned it - despite paying for 48hr delivery, ten days later I still hadn't heard if it had been received. When I chased, I was told it had arrived and it would take another 21 days for the refund to appear in my account. Really disappointing. I felt like if I hadn't chased I wouldn't have received any confirmation of its arrival back with them. I really hope my £300+ refund arrives but feel uncertain.

I ordered 2 dresses, which were shipped and received without issue. Dresses themselves are beautiful with original designs. I unfortunately found they were too small, but the info on the dresses gives good insight into the fit, and I took a gamble comparing that to their size chart and my usual size. The Eclipse dress is stretchy, but not in the directions you need due to the cut and stitching, so pulled across the bust in a weird way, where the rest of the dress fit well.
Ultimately, good clothing, and in the end I chose other options for the occasion I bought for (my wedding), but for the price I expected better shipping and returns methods. I sent for the next size up in 1 of the dresses, which arrived, but no info was provided on returning this dress, and I'm still waiting on any info of receipt or refund (1 month after posting). Got my money back for the returned Eclipse dress, but be warned that the process takes a long time. Also, the garments were shipped in a bag that had been obviously brown taped by hand and was a bit messy. A little thing, but I'd expect a bit more of the presentation from a high end brand.

Beware! If you buy online from their website site they make you pay for the shipping and then they take forever to return your money. I am still not sure I will ever get it back. They are saying 22 days from receipt! It’s currently day 14 and I live in London so not even international. Ans there is no way to get in touch except by email and it takes them days to respond. The dresses are expensive and the relic dresses I bought had glitter falling from them. Beware!
