Beautiful occasion wear!! Very comfortable and pleats are so flattering on my body, had many compliments :)

I’ve shopped with Georgia Hardinge for years. The designs are really unique and I always get compliments whenever I wear them. Their customer service team was extremely helpful as I bought multiple pieces on this occasion and had to return one. The return and instant refund process was super easy and the refund came through straight away. I can’t wait for their new styles to come out. Will be shopping again.

I returned £2,000 worth of items with proof of postage. and was informed. that my refund would take 21 days. Legally a refund must be given within 14 days.

Their responses contained repeated false information about consumer law: wrong receipt dates, invented internal processing windows, working days instead of calendar days...but once it became clear I wasn't going to back down, they confirmed the refund within the legal timeframe.

They would not have done so otherwise - they are just keeping hold of people's money for as long as they think they can get away with essentially, very poor practice.

The other reviews here confirm exactly this - such a shame.

For a $790 dress, you would expect a lot more, and it arrived in a plastic bag. The dress is too short and does not lay like the model. I cannot believe the poor quality of the zipper and the cut of the dress. Horrible quality and would consider this a scam.

I saw this dress online, thought it’d be perfect for a Mallorca wedding and ordered my usual size. When it arrived the dress was tiny and I thought no chance will I get it on. All the information said it has lots of stretch and give and they were spot on. It fits, slightly tight so I’d say if you were between sizes maybe size up? The fabric is lovely, should travel easily without creasing but still feels luxurious. The design is very flattering and as a size 14 mum of the bride I feel confident that I will look good! Delivery was quick too.

The dress is incredible, but I think you should not imply on the website that it isn’t sheer. The dresses are quite sheer but once you have some nude shape-wear underneath they’re amazing. Very well designed

The most stunning, architectural dress I have ever laid my eyes on. When I discovered the Torrent floor length dress in white VERY last minute (less than 5 days before my wedding) I knew I wanted it for either the family rehearsal dinner or my Maldives honeymoon, and needless to say I loved it so much I ended up wearing it to both. Given how last minute my order was, and the fact I am based in Australia and GH in the UK, I reached out to see if it would arrive in time. Georgia and her team personally went above and beyond to make sure I could get it in time for the rehearsal dinner (though I understood that it is hard to guarantee due to international shipping) and luckily it did, but by no short part of their efforts. I had such a wonderful experience and I absolutely adore my dress. It is definitely a work of art and Georgia, you should be applauded and revered for your artistic virtuosity.

Lovely dress , loved the colour and loved the idea of it showing off a woman’s body especially as I am shapeless!!
But couldn’t get the dress on( no zip) slightly stretchy fabric but was scared that I would rip it if I forced it on!

Beautiful design online, but very disappointing quality in person. The dress fabric was extremely sheer under normal lighting and has the look and feel of a cheap kids superhero costume. I couldn't wear it for the formal event I purchased it for. I even sent comparison photos to clearly show the issue, but was repeatedly dismissed and I was given the runaround rather than a direct resolution.

As an international customer, I paid double in shipping/duties. After months of back-and-forth and long response delays, the only option offered was store credit with additional return shipping costs, meaning further financial loss despite the dress being unworn and tagged. The return link provided also did not work, extending the process even more.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.

Beautiful dress. A bit loose but smaller wouldn't fit. 170cm tall size 16. Got loads of compliments and people looking.

Love some of the designs as the shapes are interesting and flattering but found that for the price, the construction and fabric felt too cheap.

I purchased the beautiful Spiral dress in ivory. The fit iss flattering; lace detailing and dress sculpture are beautifully crafted; fabric is of great quality; and the dress was very comfortable. I especially appreciated that it came with the nude undergarment for additional coverage under the lace.

I ordered several dresses and unfortunately they didn’t work out for me for the event I was wearing them to. That being said, each dress was exquisite! The material was beautiful and the craftsmanship incredible! Another thing that stood out for me was the fast delivery service and refund process. As I was ordering from the U.S., I was hesitant to order overseas, especially if I had to return any item. But they made the return process seamless, even sending me shipping updates along the way. The owner of the shipping store where I dropped off the items was even impressed with the shipping label and documents needed to process the return properly and quickly. Way to go Georgia Hardinge!! Don’t hesitate to order from here. The pieces are truly works of art 😊

Delivery was quick and dress is gorgeous but disappointing that a £500 dress doesn’t come with a garment bag. Also feel like the returns process is unnecessarily complicated.

After spending weeks trying to find the perfect dress for a big party I had almost given up hope..until I found Georgina Hardinge not only did find the most amazing dress but I found a bonus trench coat too. Both items arrived super quick and did not disappoint. The cut, quality and fit were all superb. Could not be happier and can’t recommend enough

First of all I am in looooove with her dresses.
I had to oder a couple of them because I needed to see which one was best for the occasion. Which a was hard process, because they all looked fabulous and I wish I could have kept them all.
Anyways - the return process was very smooth. Shipping back, super fast refund, no problems at all. Thanks so much - great customer experience and will order again.

I was an idiot and thought someone had taken the package from my porch, but my housemate was unexpectedly at home and had taken it in for me. Before realizing it was safe, I had messaged the team and they were super helpful and reassuring they would look into it. After getting home from the office and being united with the dress, I tried it on and it’s amazing! Fit is so flattering and colours are amazing. Can’t wait to wear it for a wedding this summer. Amazing refund process, I was able to get an instant refund and got to order another dress from them the same day, and it arrived in time for my cousin's birthday. Overall, great returns process! Cheers!

Bought a dress, it didn't sit right and I returned it the same day that I bought it and I'm still waiting for the refund. It's like £300 so not an insignificant amount for me
