Horrible - how to say - dont touch. It's just abondoned, WordPress plugin gone for months. Support vanished. No answers or help anywhere.

Absolute garbage. No support

We are having multiple issues with Astra.

Issue listed below.

1.Cannot download Astra plugin that does not work.

2.Astra seal links does not work.

3.Client got blocked just visiting the website and loads of their customers are blocked. When whitelisted nothing happens. Raised a ticket nothing happens. Around 2 weeks client and their customer cannot access the website. They are losing sale.

4.We activate Astra when we move few websites to a new server because Astra activation has stopped working. Raised a ticket nothing happened.

5.Daily email report stopped working 4 months back. Raised a ticket nothing happened.

They are least bothered.

Using Wordpress to run a business website is intimidating enough, but then when things go wrong, it can be scary. For several years I subscribed to this service and reached out immediately when I they provided a comfort that came with knowing they were available. They went above and beyond answering questions that might not have been a part of their service. But they were willing of offer their insights and knowledge anyway. I was able to run my website with confidence after I signed up. Great service.

Sto Provando il loro Firewall / Servizio da qualche settimana e per dare fiducia ho sottoscritto un abbonamento Annuale.
Il Loro servizio non funziona...... l'assistenza è praticamente inesistente, ti rispondo sempre le stesse cose senza risolvere il problema.
Ho una Macchina VPS dedicata su SiteGround impossibile abilitare la scansione... il loro Plugin si scollega dopo qualche giorno...per poi ricollegarsi da solo...... Ho abilitato la protezione dei login da tutti i paesi tranne 1 ...poi scopro dalla loro DashBoard che è stato fatto un accesso da un paese che sarebbe dovuto essere bloccato....
Ho chiesto di risolvere i problemi o almeno rimborsarmi.... ed ovviamente nn hanno dato alcuna risposta.....
Se potessi dare meno di 0 lo darei!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
