Astra's service is wonderful
Astra's service is wonderful. We tried a competing service some while back and it was a complete nightmare. Had a small hiccup in getting setup to which they handled everything quickly and perfectly. I'm loving the time I've gained back from letting Astra take care of my site's security - it's easy to use and "just works". Their support / service team is also very fast, professional, and responsive in attending to every question and request that I had. Highly recommend this service.

Better than the most
I tried a couple of popular WordPress plugins before trying ASTRA.
I faced one or the other issues with them like the crashing of the tests & tests getting failed in b/w. Got good support with a trial account. It caught a couple of malware and helped me clean my website :)

I'm Hamza, founder of a company.
Our main website AdWords campaign was down due to a malware detected by Google. To sum-up the situation a disaster.
I've discussed with Joy using the online website chat. This good guy helped me, was very transparent and granted me that the problem will be in charge from A to Z. I asked him if I had to choose the most expensive product to get the problem solved (and I was ready to pay for it as the situation was very tight), guess what he said: No, he recommended me the cheapest option. A good guy I'm telling you.
The problem took some time to get solved but Naman, Ananda and Jinson were reactive and updated us at every step of the process. When we had a question, they were here.
Honestly, you are a team of SUPERWOMEN and SUPERMAN.

Amazing security for our business, very happy with astra
We're a website that's often a part of Google news which means always on the radar of hackers. After having our bit of problems with hacks we gave ASTRA a shot and there has been no going back ever since! We're always protected and malware scanner flags malware the moment it enters our website. I'm super happy and would definitely recommend to anyone with a website!

Glad I found Astra..
Been an year I've been using this software and god it has prevented so many hacks on my website! I can't remember how I stumbled upon astra (maybe it was through a facebook forum) but I'm glad I did. The feature I use the most if login activity to track who's logging into my website as I have a remote team too. The malware scanner is something I've been finding a alot of value too from last few months. Kudos guys!

Very disappointed in Astra
Very disappointed in Astra. When I first enrolled they were great. Once they got their money, the very first time I really needed them, I had zero response. I ended up spending hundreds on having a contractor fix the issue that was caused because their upgrade system.
The worst thing was, there was no phone number to speak with a single person. Their chat was dedicated to sales.

Several days later, the system is up apparently but still disappointed in the response time. If I use godaddy or Amazon AWS, there are numbers I can call. In an emergency situation where the issue was caused because I hit UPGRADE in their admin, I would expect some way to contact them.
Astra, you should seriously consider some level of support to address upgrade related issues.
I move from 1 star to 3 because they resolved the issue (I think).

Hi Martin, I'm Joy from Astra and I did a thorough investigation of the situation and sadly found that comment you've written isn't true or coming from facts. Since you've reviewed us here & we really value Trustpilot - I'll be giving a detailed explanation of your case here so that anyone reading this understands that this is a mere trick to want an upgrade as you've been trying to do since the very start.
TL;DR
You've been continuously asking for service/feature that either is not in your plan or not in any of our plans altogether. The first one being phone support which only comes with our business plan but since very start you've been asking us to explain steps given on our website on phone even though we requested that we'll be happy to get on a chat and explain. Regardless, our engineer did call you over Skype and did a Teamviewer session as an exception. Now again you wanted that and strong-armed us to call you again otherwise you'll put a bad review. Sadly, we can't make that exception every time.
A Few Facts:
1. You've been using our firewall since last 7 months & it has stopped 6300+ attacks on your website
2. Your plan did not include phone/Skype support and yet our engineers gave you a Skype support + Teamviewer support session because you just weren't willing to talk on chat
3. Apart from call support you raised 9 tickets with us till date (this does not include chat sessions) which were replied within 6-hours on an average. The latest ticket was on 08/06/19 and before that 4 months ago and 7 months ago before that one - and every time replies were consistent so when you say that our support changes with time it's not correct
4. You've been continuously expecting us to do development stuff for you which is NOT what we do and should be done by your developers. As an exception we've done a couple of changes which were critical for security and took a few hours of our engineer's time
As a business owner yourself, I hope you understand that you can't be offered which isn't in your plan and you can every time strong arm the company by saying you'll give a bad review to get delivered to you what's not in your plan. It's simply not ethical.

We had an issue with our WordPress site. It was hacked. They fixed it within a few hours and the price was a lot less than what we were quoted by the company who hosts our site. Thank you!

Responsiveness, efficiency, willingness
I was a bit reluctant to buy some far away service on Internet to protect our website which was under attack, affraid to get even more troubles.
What a surprise when I had such a prompt and great service right away. They took care of everything with expertise and kindness and we are now out of trouble from the hacker!
I am so thankful with Astra, they are doing just as good as they tell.
You can trust them, that is the main point in this sort of matter.
