I reached our to Astra via the live chat after my travel blog was suspended due to malware. I spoke with Joy, who was very patient and understanding and didn't immediately try to push a sales pitch on me. Joy was really helpful and even made some suggestions of what I could do myself for free before offering a discount on one of the packages because of my personal situation. Within 10 minutes, I was set up and an engineer was working on my case within half an hour of signing up. Ananda communicated with me through the ticket system and less than 3 hours later, my site was back up and running - free of all malware and protected from future infections! A worthwhile investment for great customer service and I feel so much safer now having Astra looking after my site - would 100% recommend! Thanks team :)

On wordpress, you are not always safe. There are many types of security, and many types of hackers and viruses. Astra fortunately comes with many features and technology to battle these two groups. Astra has a great onboarding sequence, easy to use plugin and software. The dashboard is brilliant and I did not know I had many threats on my website. They were all dealt with easily. The owner, shikhil, is a determined and smart individual who helps and makes the product better each day. Astra has the potential to become greater than wordfence, malcare and webarx.

From now, they are my "go to" guys :)

The service was amazing, there was an issue with a clients site, we had looked at alternatives but found them a little cumbersome of they just did not work.
What was really good about this was even on a Sunday evening we received a chat response and was able to get the malware removed putting in place all important protection for injections and other attacks.

Astra was recommended to me by my hosting company to assist with keeping my site secure from hacking threats. The process was very quick and simple and they did almost everything for me. I'm not confident with adding code etc to my site and it was all done for me. I'm now confident that my site is safe and that any future problems will be dealt with promptly.

Even as experienced developers, occasionally we need help in certain specialist areas e.g. complex web security and anti-hacking measures. So when a couple of our client's websites came under persistent attack, we turned to Astra for assistance. They acted very quickly to help us clean up and also applied their application firewall which is warding off speculative attacks. So far so good and both Jinson and Ananda were excellent. Recommended if you run any php based services and need some peace of mind.
