Don’t bother. Terms aren’t made clear at all. I’ve tried for over 3 months to close my account it seems like it can’t be done. I’ve not had a single reply from anyone. They’re still taking my money and I haven’t used their services once. Literally just a scam that has left me worse off than before.

don't sign up without knowing how the service works, you will pay monthly subscription and have no use for the store card or credit card unless there's a way to work out how to use them.

Getting through to Bits can be a challenge at times rarely someone answers the phones when I call in . Contacting via email can also be a delay at times. Ine person that seems to know what’s going on and is always ever so helpful is Leenesh. Thank you Leenesh and I thank him for this.

I don’t to ink bits employ’s many staff though. I’ve been a customer for two years and glibly have known two others that I have had contact with.

Disgusting

Received suspicious email saying 'thanks for your application your card is ready' although have never applied. Phoned number on their website to check out and the call was answered by person, no switchboard. I have never known a bank to not have a switchboard. Person on phone says thanks for application email is marketing. Email is designed to make you call questioning the application for them to get your personal information. Almost certainly Phishishg scam, reported to Citizens advice, trading standards, police and ombudsman.
