Excellent customer service from Chris on the phone answered all my questions and great advice to help make the right choice for my sons bed! Even sent me pictures of my colour choices close up!

The process from beginning to end was flawless. Customer service kept us updated on the creation of the bed frame and when it would be delivered. Paolo showed up promptly at 9:35 and had it upstairs and assembled by 9:55. He did it all by himself with a smile on his face. Give that man a raise!

I bought an ottoman - which looked great and is exciting as the storage room is so useful. Delivery/build arrived exactly on time, with a really friendly chap called Paulo. Paulo got straight to work and had the bed unpacked and made in just over half an hour which was phenomenal. Considering he was on his own I was really impressed with him putting a 2 man build together in that short a time - and he did a great job, still making time to chat and offer advice. I’m just filling the underneath with duvets - absolutely love the bed and the service from start to finish with get laid. Thankyou

Easy peasy and lovely bed

Todd arrived on time. A very nice man . The bed looks good quality and works well. Todd showed me how to use the handle to lift the base. So far very happy.

Whole process has been very efficient. Customer services very helpful and responsive and Todd who delivered and assembled the bed was very friendly and professional. Great job

Sean was very helpful. He put the bed together swiftly and quietly and even put the mattress in place for us.

So far I've only ordered and paid for a bed frame, but the service Lenni Lange at Get Laid Beds provided over the phone was very helpful. She secured a sale item for me on a Saturday, in advance of the sale's end, so that I had time to transfer money to pay 2 days later. The link to pay was extremely straightforward. The bed looks good quality, has eco-credentials and I have been given a convenient delivery date. Fully recommend so far. Thanks

I was struggling to get the website to process my order so I rang customer services instead and spoke to Spencer who was incredibly helpful. He ordered the product I wanted , was really polite and knowledgeable too. I'm looking forward to my delivery- we have purchased before from the company so I know I'll love my new bed frame.

The quality of the bed is undisputed. But let's talk about the customer service: I had a wobble with getting the bed set-up, which took a few weeks mostly due to. my side of things, and had to be in touch quite a bit with the customer service team by email and phone. Grace and Lewis in particular were exemplary. Really kind, understanding and going the extra mile to help me out. And their assembly team were spectacular: assembled the bed in 16min flat and were lovely and in good spirits even at 7am!

Todd was amazing

We had a very positive experience visiting the showroom. Spencer was extremely friendly and helpful, showing us around and taking the time to explain the different options. He even found some toys for our 2yo son, which has made our visit much easier.

We were also very impressed by the beds and mattresses on display. We’re still considering our options and haven’t made a final decision yet, but our experience at the showroom was excellent.
