We had a very positive experience visiting the showroom. Spencer was extremely friendly and helpful, showing us around and taking the time to explain the different options. He even found some toys for our 2yo son, which has made our visit much easier.

We were also very impressed by the beds and mattresses on display. We’re still considering our options and haven’t made a final decision yet, but our experience at the showroom was excellent.

Had my bed built by Shaun and Tyler today. They did it really fast and were super nice. Bed looks great and would definitely recommend you get one done.

I made my order today with Grace over the phone and very happy with service. I've ordered from Get Laid Beds before, great product and I was happy to give repeat business. I asked for a small adjustment to make the gap between slats a little smaller because of the type of mattress I use and because product is made to order this request was no problem..

Really disappointing experience. Our mattress has developed significant permanent dips in both sleeping areas after only around a year of normal use, despite us rotating it as recommended. We’re now regularly waking up with back pain.

Initially, Get Laid Beds rejected our warranty claim and described the problem as normal “settlement”. After I challenged this, they confirmed that their own acceptable limit for a mattress of this age is 3.5 cm.

I remeasured it more than 10 hours after anyone had slept on it, using a tape measure and their recommended method. The dip is around 4 cm, which is beyond the limit they themselves provided.

For a mattress barely a year old, I find this completely unacceptable. I’m currently giving them the opportunity to resolve the warranty claim and will update this review with the outcome.

Spencer in Customer Services was always quick to reply to my questions and was really helpful.

Adam and Sean, who are also very friendly and helpful, managed to park the vehicle neatly in a very narrow driveway, they assembled my EU double ottoman bed frame quickly and effectively inside the flat (the assembly fee is well worth it) and took the time to show me how to operate the lifting mechanism safely. They had a range of spare pistons with them so they were able to change them up to stronger ones as the mattress was heavier than expected, which I really appreciated.

My ottoman bed looks great, and the service has been excellent throughout, so I’m really pleased.

The delivery from Get Laid Beds went completely smoothly. I was given a delivery slot the day before and in the morning I was able to track the van online, so I knew a precise delivery time, which was very convenient. Tod and Pablo assembled the bed quickly and easily, working with expert skill, and the whole process could have not been more efficient. Many thanks!

The mattress and customer service were a huge disappointment. The wooden frame itself is good, but not sure about how true their warranties are.

After only five days of use, I contacted them to request a return or get a replacement because the mattress was not as advertised or may have been defective. I ordered a medium mattress, but what I received felt very soft, also the styling was different, glossy instead of matt, handles in different locations...

I was then told that the mattress I ordered was not covered by their 100-day trial (even though from their website when you click 100 day trial mattresses this is among them), 7 year warranty and that they could not accept a return once the packaging had been opened.

This policy makes very little sense to me. If you spend £1,000 on a mattress, how are you supposed to know whether it is the correct firmness or even the correct product without opening the packaging? By that logic, if you opened the package and found bananas inside instead of a mattress, you still couldn't return it because the packaging had been opened.

To make matters worse, the mattress packaging was already open when it was delivered. So what exactly was I supposed to do?

After just five days, I am now having to consider making a Simple Procedure claim over a £1,000 brand new mattress because the company will not offer a reasonable solution.

The frame itself was ok, but based on my experience with the mattress and the way my complaint has been handled, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Buy online at your own risk.

Not a good experience with this company. Issue with both the bed itself not fitting together correctly and with the delivery, with one part of the delivery not arriving. The missing part is now coming two weeks after everything else along with replacement part needed. Customer service think “sorry” is a good enough resolution for this.

Great customer service. Kept updated throughout the purchase and delivery process. On delivery day timely notifications given. The delivery team arrived and carried out removal of old mattress and delivery of new into the nominated room within 15 minutes. Couldn't wish for more!!
