Great customer service. Kept updated throughout the purchase and delivery process. On delivery day timely notifications given. The delivery team arrived and carried out removal of old mattress and delivery of new into the nominated room within 15 minutes. Couldn't wish for more!!

Very disappointed!

I bought a solid oak bed and paid extra for their professional assembly. However, the bed has been creaking badly, even just sitting down or turning over.

The options I was given were to diagnose the problem and fix it myself, pay £65 for them to fix it, or keep a faulty, creaking bed. The warranty offered is useless.

I chose this company because of the positive reviews, so hopefully this helps future buyers make an informed decision.

We had to cancel our order due to a tricky staircase that isn't big enough for a new mattress to fit; Grace was fantastic and made this process so simple! Thank you Grace! We'll be back once we have a bigger staircase or a bungalow...

My daughter got her bed from this company, and I really liked it and ordered for myself. Elisha was helping me through the process because my order was shipped to USA and was delayed because of the customs. This time we placed the order and within 2 weeks the bed was ready and delivered at home.
Aidan and Sean called before coming upstairs just to double check the correct flat number and gave me a time they were coming. They’ve managed to be on the dot and super quick.
