This company took my money and listed parts in stock as I've seen from several reviews they do the same they are stealing from people .I am contact the consumer financial protection agencies about this they still won't respond with any sort of accountability for my order on Dec 31 to really terrible zero customer service

If I could give a zero I would. This company does not appear to be legitimate. I ordered caps for GMC Sierra on 12/29/2022 and have not heard anything. Finally waited 30 minutes via chat which was only way to contact somebody to no avail. Nothing was sent and not in stock. Ask for money back and said wait for email then end of chat. Called my bank and filed a dispute.
this is definitely FRAUD!!

Let me count the ways. First red flag...There is not one person Manning any phones.
2. They said they had the parts in stock they did not. They explained transportation is our biggest obstacle will get you a tracking number as soon as we get one.
3. I finally got my part... It was missing three parts but I got the majority of it I guess that I can put in the win column...

So far, not impressed at all with this company, their sales tactics, or their inventory management.
Ordered two parts for a 2012 jeep compass, both showing in stock and ready to ship on their website. Got charged for both, and a day later got an email notification that due to supply issues, one or more of my "specially ordered parts" may take a little while to arrive, and they will let me know when it gets to their warehouse, so that they can ship it to me.
I'm sorry, but I don't think that meets the definition of being an "in stock" item, which was the whole reason I chose to order from getoem parts in the first place.
As the old saying goes.... Buyer beware.

Sent a bad part. Refused to return any contact with me until I filed a dispute with PayPal. Now the contact me say I have to fill out an RMA, send in one email. Then fill out a warranty firm, send in another email, then pay return shipping. Terrible, terrible company. Steer clear.

I bought a part from GetOEMParts. I verified on their site that it fit the vehicle. The part cost $28 and the Shipping cost $30 which was the beginning of the issue. Then when I got the part it didn't fit. When I went to return it they said I would have to pay for shipping again but their site says if it's a manufacturing issue they will pay for shipping. Talking to the service rep Tony, he verified the part fit my car when I gave him my VIN but stated because of policy because I didn't enter my VIN during checkout I would have to pay for shipping. No where does it say this in their return policy or during checkout.
THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SCAM YOU!! WATCH OUT!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I went on their website, put in the Vin number to the car order the part they sent me the wrong part. There is no way to contact them except through email or their chat line which does not work. I have been on hold on their chat line now for over 20 minutes and still no one has responded. When you call the phone number that is listed it tells you that they cannot take a phone call and then they hang up on you what a rip off company do not buy from this company.

I ordered a RH passenger mirror for my 2014 Ford Fiesta SE with the correct part but their man Johnny P told me I ordered the wrong part- long story short I ordered the correct part but Getoemparts.com shipped me the WRONG part soley on whoever Johnny P with customer service is. Now I have the wrong part and my money has been WASTED!!! Their is no working customer service number where you can speak with a rep over the phone neither!!!!

I have not received any information on the shipment of my order. They will not respond to emails or voice chats. Do not order from this place!

I ordered a fuse box for 2008 suturn out look xr but it is broken they don’t put any protection in side I try to call them but is hard to contact them I chat and I don’t have any answer

I ordered a part for a different model than I needed. Getting someone to help from this company is very difficult. The want you to email them or use their 'chat feature'. Well I have been on the chat feature for over an hour (now on the third day) without being helped. They have a queue counter that always starts me out at 8 and wont move past 7.

I ordered a windshield wiper arm and expedited shipping and no windshield wiper and no return email. I will shop somewhere else from now on!

I ordered a part for my F250, verified by the VIN. The wrong part shipped. Good luck getting a refund "within 20 days" cause you can't reach a person to get a RA# that is required. Their "Live Chat" is a joke and the phone number is a message stating there is no one there to speak to you. The only reason they got one star, is you have to leave something. Never again!!!!

Order a part never received it will not answer emails so I got scammed

Everytime I ordered from them, their site says IN-STOCK for what I need! Then once I place order and the money comes out my account I get a email saying some of my parts had to be special ordered and Gonna take longer! Send them a email complaining about the issue and the urgency of needing my parts and their site says in-stock is the reason I bought from them and they respond with “oh I am sorry, our website states some parts are subject to that” just in slight different words! They will not get any more business from me! By far one of the worst online companies to buy from

After placing an order for a backup camera I started reading reviews and was worried I had been scammed. However within a week or so I received the camera and it worked perfectly. My experience with them was positive.

i ordered from GetOEMParts for 700$ (bumper & accessories) . i received wrong parts so i sent at least 5-6 emails and no one answer .
too bad !

Just like everyone says, you can't get ahold of them and they won't respond to emails. They did send me the wrong part for my car, but I can't get ahold of them to return it. I am going to dispute with my bank.
