This was the best price I could find online for my Lincoln seat trim piece not to mention most places I checked said it was no longer available. Looks like when I need any parts for my cars I’ll be checking here first. Fair price and pretty good shipping too.

Recieved part ordered after long delay. Part was incorrect and wanted to return and receive correct part. GetOemparts.com and Tascaparts.com do not have a working phone system. They want you to live chat and/ or send emails. I have done both of these things numerous times without response and it is now going on 18 days since I have recieved incorrect part. Very poor company practices and I will be contacting credit card company to dispute charge and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
Don't use this company as it is a SCAM.

They duped me - like they do to many - into thinking they had an item in stock for immediate shipment. Then after paying, their automated email indicated there would be a delay. I immediately cancelled and ordered it elsewhere - but they refused to reply to multiple emails and website messages - and sent the part over 2 weeks later - after I'd already received and installed the part from reputable vendor. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. DO NOT BELEIVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY AN ITEM IS IN STOCK.

I never received my order and it was shipped on April 5th

I have placed two orders through this website (which is the same company as Tasca auto parts). My first order was slow to arrive but eventually arrived as ordered. My second order wasn't even shipped after 2.5 weeks. The company wouldn't respond to requests for information. I was refunded through PayPal dispute resolution.

I ordered with this company over 1 week ago. They charged my card, emailed me , told me it did not match, refunded my card, received an email that says "processing" for many days.

I wrote them and received no response. I am filing a claim with VISA debit to let them know the entity named TACAMA who shows up on my statement is FRAUD.
Seems from my past information and research once people threatened them they answered.

I was shipped wrong part, tried to get an cabin air filter for a 2000 park avenue, but was shipped an air filter for a 70's Era carburated air filter

I Ordered 2 seat belts order # #385414 was ordered on 4/2 I have not received an update other than 10 minutes ago requesting info on my order. received e-mail stating order is currently pending. I will be filling complaint at end of day with my bank if I do not get a shipping date today MY PAYMENT WAS CERTAINLY NOT PENDING......

This place is a Scam! I ordered parts and never got them and they will not reply to any e mail. It’s been 2 weeks and got nothing.

I ordered three parts was sent tracking for three parts after an entire month but only received 2 parts and now I can't get a response about what happened nor when my issue will be resolved or if it will be resolved at all . I made a big mistake dealing with these charlatans. I believe they are doing this purposefully to keep people's money

I ordered a week ago and have tried contacting them to get a tracking number, as I need the parts to fix my vehicle. I have yet to get a reply to any email, the “live chat” doesn’t function and the phone number I had to DIG for says to use email or “live chat”, both of which don’t work! I’m gonna give it a few more days before I request a refund and file a claim against them. Won’t ever buy from them either.
