Confusing, and ultimately failed, flight booking experience
Really poor experience trying to book a flight from London to Melbourne (Australia). It kept defaulting to Melbourne, Florida so I’d have to start the search again. Melbourne Tullamarine MEL comes up as ‘Greater Geelong’ which is geographically correct, but not the airport name. There is also no filtering option when results are eventually returned, so you can’t find a preferred airline or departure/arrival time. Given there are several airports to depart from in London, it would be helpful to be able to select a few to compare prices and travel time. It also returned a direct flight from Heathrow to Melbourne, which is strange as that route doesn’t exist yet, I wish!
All in all, confusing and diminished my trust in the app, won’t be using it for this trip. Great idea, but too many issues to part with my cash for now.

Although in th end i managed to get a flight, the app was playing up a lot. I would get a flight schedule and when trying to procede it would take money from my account then cqncel my order. Plus the auto customer care does not respond on time

After coming across Vuelo me and my family were so excited thinking we had finally come across an app were we could book a last minute deal for somewhere weeve always wanted to go and then after looking closely there’s no one time card so we have got rid of the app and won’t be using as the other services available are not what we are after. Vuelo make every thing so easy from booking to paying, I love the idea of booking holidays etc and being able to pay for it monthly means most if not all the holiday is paid for before you go, however you get the added bonus of paying the balance after you have had the fantastic holiday. Very disappointed to see that vuelo have stopped the facility of using a virtual card to book holidays outside of their own app. Upon querying this I have been told that Vuelo have no idea when it will be usable again, could be days, could be weeks, could be months. So now the only option is to book just through their app. The prices are inflated and they don't offer option for self contained stays like in lodges/caravans in the U.K

Very Very Unreliable
Do not download if you don’t want to be disappointed, their one time card is constantly down, not reliable at all, when the one time card is down you can only purchase flights and stays separately, and they are always more expensive than going directly to providers. So stay away, especially if you planning to count on this company for your holidays with family, they will let you down in the moment you w the most. Deleting the app never to use again.
