One time card not available
Was ready to make a booking, and they decide to take their one time card down for maintenance! I can not find any properties or flights for where i want to go, the app keeps telling me to try again or change my search, so its pointless now

Really poor, planed a holiday but they decided to take their one time card down for ‘maintenance’.
They treat their customers like idiots.

Bookings are seamless
Bookings are seamless, however I cannot purchase an experience for my loved ones if I’m not part of the group which is a bit frustrating because I had to use cash from other cards. Otherwise I am enjoying using Vuelo.

They decided to suspend generation of…
They decided to suspend generation of one time cards. Simply because I didn’t have the full balance on their credit line I had to split the holiday in 2 payments, that to be able to make up the difference. They decided it’s a banging time to take the system down smack in the middle of people paying their holidays. Managed to get a different line of credit to pay the holiday off, was told by Vuelo to use my own funds to settle the balance, that is a great idea provided the funds were there and if they were I’d have simply paid the holiday in full that way. Don’t know how they’re rating is 4.5 or 4.6 potentially paid reviews. 10/10 will not use again!

Went to use Vuelo for the first time and book a holiday with tui , put all details in came back to pay deposit and use Vuelo one time card and all branded holiday companies including Tui have Bern removed

New approach is BAD!!
The new system is horrendous taking away the one time card is such a poor thing to do in today’s climate and just on summer holidays it all feels a little forced and insensitive I won’t be using again until this is reinstated

Good complain handling
This is an update to my last review.
Vuelo reached out to me, apologised for the poor handling by their team, and the lack of clarity in the process I highlighted.
At the end, we resolved amicably, and my money was refunded with a discount on my next booking.
I would like to say that with the way things were handled post my complaints, I now feel comfortable using Vuelo and I would recommend so....
I want to believe they would continue to review their processes and services as they've promised to do.

Vuelo is efficient and committed to excellent customer experience.
I stumbled on Vuelo, a platform that supports journeying and travelling. I booked a stay in London as my daughter has a mandatory program this July.
I still have slight issues regarding finance to sort with Vuelo. It was nice speaking with their Operations manager who called me to offer information.
My impression is that the team at Vuelo is efficient and committed to supporting people experience their dreams of travelling and making bookings. I sensed this commitment while speaking with their OM today Monday 13/07/2026.
This I think is commendable. I will recommend Vuelo to my friends.
