Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - I have been trying to amend my booking for a week, due to medical appointment. There ha s been no communication from the Vuelo. I am now looking to cancel the booking and yet again no response from the team. Terrible customer service!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Vuelo confirmed my one-time card purchase for a flight booking and advised that the transaction had been successfully completed. Shortly afterwards, the airline cancelled the booking, stating that the payment information could not be verified.As a customer, this left me without a valid ticket and facing uncertainty over refunds and the need to rebook potentially at a higher fare. I am still awaiting a clear explanation as to why a payment method issued and confirmed by Vuelo failed the airline's verification process.I hope Vuelo will investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a prompt resolution.

My initial experience was frustrating after an Air France booking paid for with a Vuelo one-time card was cancelled shortly after purchase, leaving me concerned about the status of the booking and my payments.
However, I am updating my review because Vuelo's Operations Manager personally contacted me, thoroughly investigated the issue, refunded my deposit, cancelled the associated payment plan, restored my account limit, and provided a goodwill credit for the inconvenience.
Most importantly, I was not left paying for a booking that did not go ahead, and I was able to successfully make a new booking afterwards.
While the original situation was stressful, I appreciate the way Vuelo ultimately handled the matter and the professionalism shown in resolving it.

No customer service - seems dodgy to me
I have top credit scores, own my own home and way above average income but this lot refused me with no reason. I tried to contact them to discuss but they have no contact details…. Only in the app (but you can’t access that without an account which they’ve refused) Seems very dodgy to me.
