I purchased a Uniqlo e-gift on April 9, but the redemption code or voucher was never sent, even after 6 emails and contact form submissions, all of which went unanswered. I already sent a demand letter for a full refund.
If I still don't get a reply, I will just ask DTI to mediate; I have had one experience with Shopee before, which was resolved thanks to the government agency's mediation.
If not, there goes my hard-earned money.
DTI ought to take notice.

Tip for those who have been scammed and would like to avoid being scammed: 1) pay digitally, 2) if you don't get the product, reach out to the e-commerce seller and involve the DTI.

If you paid by credit card, apply ASAP for a card dispute.

GIFTAWAY is a big FRAUD.
They don't even deserve a star.
My mistake - I should have checked the reviews here on Trustpilot.
I will add my voice - AVOID GIFTAWAY AT ALL COST!!!

UPDATE Apr 20'26: Only after a final demand email, a copy of which was furnished to the government agencies, did Giftaway have the decency to respond.

They make the money too long to be credited.

I have seen the review about the voucher they haven't received yet I also have not received my top up in shoppe after 72 hours there customer service has not seem to be helpful at this kinds problem should have done some kind action to this site to avoid the hassle

True this company is a scammer. How I wish I seen these comments before I purchase. I will send a complain to SEC if still no action.

I bought a voucher once in spring 2024, my friend successfully used it.
Now I try to buy instead again but the payment doesn't go through at all 15 attempts with no luck..

Customer Service- cant resolved issue,Nothing happened they will just ask u certain questions then after they get ur info they will just leave u hanging,imagine 24hours communicating with them nothing happened heres the twist they are scammers!dont trust them

My experience with Giftaway Ph is great. I was able to redeem so easily. Unlike with Gifted Ph which is giving me problems right now with an invalid code or used code. I wish xoxoday just sticked with Giftaway Ph. They are better than Gifted Ph.

In our company we purchase Giftaway eGCs via recognition points given to us. And those recognition points as one can tell from its name, it's given due to distinct recognitions, awards and notable contributions to your company. And redeeming it in Giftaway can be good if by any chance their gift code worked, but a lot of headache and stress when it doesn't. Cause when you encounter a problem with their gift code, it's pretty much a goodbye to that Php1000 cause their customer service does not respond no matter how many emails you send them. So all of that effort and reward given is not really valued by this business. Not to mention the tax you're going to incur just by purchasing the eGC. You get taxes plus stress in equivalent to nothing, which is really disappointing.

I won a E-voucher from Marlboro.Ph website. This freaking Giftway.Ph send me an SMS to redeem my prize. But it's not working. I tried to input the code a couple of times but still there website is showing me an error. So I emailed them several times but all I get is an automated response. Well for sure they keeping my reward for themselves. Go to HELL Giftaway.Ph!!!!
