Geoff booked our hotel in Lille a year ago for the Rugby World Cup in France .

Ginge Tours if you are planning a holiday.
Our experience has been nothing short of perfect. We gave Geoff short notice but everything from airport transfers, hotels and all information and documentation needed was handled and provided with precision which made our travel completely hassle free. It left us with nothing but the time to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Kenya. Geoff was able to meet our particular needs and create an itinerary that maximised our experience in the time we had. Every detail was thought of, from transfers to hotels and Geoff was readily available for any last minute concerns. Having booked us a holiday to Prague and Berlin, a severe ankle injury forced us to change our plans and look for an alternative with less walking at short notice. We knew where we wanted to go but Geoff was away at a music festival for the weekend - that didnt stop him sitting in the festival field with his laptop and booking it for us though! Many thanks!

Geoff is a holiday hero! after my original holiday was cancelled by the operator Geoff had me a new holiday booked and sorted within days!
communication was top notch and couldn't ask for more. explained everything i needed to do that he couldn't do for me (visa etc).
I am a picky traveller and Geoff was understanding and worked with me and my requirements.

Geoff made an excellent job of arranging a short-notice trip to Paris to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary.
My husband is disabled and was still recovering from an eye operation. We wanted to make sure that the arrangements would be suitable and as stress-free as possible.
We liked the fact that Ginge Tours are local and that Geoff was offering a personal service.
Whilst Geoff could not get the dates we wanted at our preferred hotel, he quickly came up with some other options for us to choose from in the same locality.
Geoff also arranged all the rail travel, including booking "Special Mobility Assistance", which we didn't even know existed. This showed that he understood my husbands' disabilities.
Throughout the booking process, Geoff kept us informed of how things were going.
We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the fullness of the information contained on the itinerary.
When we encountered a problem with our hotel room, we called Geoff and he immediately helped to sort things out. We particularly like the fact that Geoff makes himself available 24/7 to help his customers.
Overall, we found Geoff provided a very professional, customer-focussed service. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Ginge Tours and will use them again in the future.

I asked Geoff if he could arrange a trip for my wife and I to Zurich, Switzerland so we could attend the Bruce Springsteen Concert taking place there on 13/6/23...... to complicate matters I asked if it was possible for us to fly to Milan spend a few days there and then travel by train to Zurich for a couple of nights before returning to Milan to fly home.
I have to say Geoff did an amazing job sourcing Flights, Train tickets and providing details of suitable Hotels for us to choose . The whole trip went like clockwork and we had a fabulous time we had 4 nights in total in Milan and 2 nights in Zurich encompassing 3 Hotels each of which were excellent
The most impressive thing about 'Ginge Tours' is the personal attention Geoff provides from the 'itinerary package' you receive to the high level of communication from Geoff throughout the process. He is always available to answer any queries and is happy to be on hand should we have experienced any difficulties whilst on the trip...... needless to say we had no issues whatsoever and my wife and I both feel this was down to Geoff's meticulous planning.
I have no issues whatsoever in using Ginge Tours again and have already recommended him to my friends and family

A very good experience

I set Geoff and Ginge Tours a travel challenge. I wanted a trip to Berlin, that includes flights and accommodation and most importantly tickets to see Elton John in the Mercedes Benz arena on the 2nd night we were there.
The experience offered and delivered was incredible and beyond mine and anyone's expectations. The flights were at times I wanted. The accommodation couldn't have been better located and Geoff must have worked hard to find it for us. He of course also some excellent seats for the concert.

Geoff and his team made booking our recent company golf trip so easy and hassle free. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a great 4 days in Portugal. We booked our Hotels, Golf Courses & Car Hire with Ginge tours and everything ran perfectly. It is such a pleasure when you don't have to worry about anything. We had already booked our flights to Iceland before we heard about Ginge Tours. We hadn't had time to think about anything else, what we wanted to do, where we planned to go or to stay.
Geoff just took away all that stress, by organising car hire, advising about accommodation, route, driving time each day and our options for activities such as glacier caves and snowmobiling.
He booked all the hotels we chose from his shortlist at very good prices. Then, when we phoned him half-way through our holiday asking if we could cancel two of the hotels he had booked and change our route to do the full circuit of the Iceland ring road (we had spent several days on the south coast in heavy cloud) he not only cancelled our bookings, enabling us to drive north (and so see the Aurora Borealis!) he booked us into the best room of a beautiful hotel for our anniversary.
