Update of my original 3 star review.
I initially reviewed the product lower because of a few issues, mainly tied to the lack of instructions during set up, and the incorrect information in the installation guide.
The guide listed parts I didn't have, which made setup more of a pain than it needed to be.
There also wasn't any information about overfilling the bottom container which led to many leaks and large water messes.
This is a combination of user error and not enough information.
I had assumed that the bottom tank was larger than the top and that both tanks could hold water. So during the filling process, I was adding too much water to the system. Once the bottom was full, water would leak out of the seam and make a huge mess.
HERE is what bumps the score up for me.
The company was extremely fast with every correspondence and were quick to thank me for suggesting updates to the manual. They had informed me how to better fill the device to avoid overflows.
I still think the system would be better suited with a gasket between chambers to avoid possible leaks, but with the new knowledge in hand, everything is going much smoother.
I like the filtration system and how much water it holds. The water tastes great and I can rest easy knowing that anything that could be harmful in the water (metals, taste and odor compounds, etc) is being filtered out.
My only complaint as of now is that the system requires so many filters. It seems like older models have two rather than three. I recognize that more allows for quicker filtration, but cost would be a concern going forward as replacing 3 carbon and 3 fluoride filters is $$$.

I got the RO system last September
I got the RO system last September, and we connected the pipes ( blue/white) in the wrong places. ( how dumb😭They sent me the new parts ( connectors)but it was still leaking. And eventually, they sent us a brand new machine for Free of charge and I don't even need to send it (old RO system)to them. Now we drink clean water every day! Anna, she had the best Customer Service I've had ever! She always replies right away to my emails.. She is the best, understands me, always tries to help me the fastest, the best way

These filters are great
These filters are great. So very easy to remove and replace. NO Herculean strength is required. Twist to the left to remove twist to the right to install. My water tastes great. Most of all I don't worry about chlorine tastes, lead, mercury, pesticides or sediment. And you can't beat the price!!!

Fridge Water Filters Worked Perfectly
I ordered the Glacier Fresh Compatible with GE XWFE Refrigerator Water Filter (4-pack) and decided to add the Glacier Fresh Refrigerator Water Drip Tray Cache at checkout. Both items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The filters have worked flawlessly with our fridge—no leaks, no issues—and the water tastes great. We’ve gone through a couple so far, and they last just as long as the original LG ones we used before.
The drip tray was a pleasant surprise. I added it on a whim, and it’s turned out to be one of my favorite purchases. It catches every bit of water that drips from the dispenser, keeping the area clean and dry. Simple, effective, and we’ve been using it for months without any problems. Highly recommend both!
