I bought a lot of doors and lanterns nearly 3 years ago. They were amazing. I noticed this week and end cap seal had gone missing . spoke to the team and even out of warranty period they have dispatched a spare one to me immediately free of charge. Great service

Having received French doors and a matching window, I was guided through the whole process by two very patient and friendly ladies. The product is top quality and arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered a set of Cortizo aluminium windows. I liked that I could get an instant quote online and customise them online as well. The ordering process was smooth and the windows arrived well packaged. The incorrect gaskets for the windows were supplied but this was quickly rectified. Overall I’m very happy with the experience.

Amazing experience with this company - design options were clear and easy to choose from and the final product is exactly how I pictured. The windows make a big difference to the house for reasonable prices as well. I’d happily use them again!

Over the summer, I placed three orders with Glassopenings to replace all the windows, French doors, and bi-folding doors in my home. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service, the ease of ordering, the products themselves, and the aftercare provided.

On one occasion, I received clear glass instead of frosted for one of my bathrooms. After contacting their aftercare team, the issue was resolved quickly, and the replacement glazing was sent promptly. Similarly, when I needed a replacement for a slightly damaged door trim, the aftercare team arranged for a new part to be dispatched without delay.

I’m very happy with my heritage windows from glass openings. Small issue with fitting was quickly and professionally dealt with. Would recommend😁

Recently bought Anthracite grey UPVC windows and French doors, they're really well built with a lovely finish. Speedy delivery no issues and after sales support really helpful too for a missing key. All in all very happy and would recommend to everyone!

They came out cheapest for a full house quote, so we went with them and they delivered on time, no issues everything from start to finish was professional. Bifolds and windows are very well built. I’d recommend them to everyone if you’re shopping around for amazing value and quality

We’ve just recently moved houses and were struggling with drafty patio doors so we upgraded to bifold doors which has made a massive difference. They seal perfectly and have transformed the whole room. Customer service was great and would highly recommend!

Shocking customer service. Avoid this company.
My doors were delivered in July and installed in September, at which point my installer found that I had been supplied with the wrong glazing trim that didn't fit my door. Upon reporting this to Glassopenings we were repeatedly gaslit and questioned whether we were installing the trim correctly (we repeatedly informed that that we were, because some sections of the trim supplied was correct and was already installed and it was very obviously a totally different part). In November I finally received replacement trim, however this was AGAIN the wrong part which we AGAIN reported and AGAIN patronisingly asked whether we were sure we were installing it correctly. After asking for the issue to be escalated this week I have sent photos of the incorrect part and I am told that it takes 5 working days for the so-called Customer Care team to respond, that it's not possible to speak to a person as they only communicate by email, and no-one can tell me when they will get back to me.
So I'm now stuck with an unusable room that is impossible to heat since the temperature dropped below freezing outside and cold air is coming in where the trims are missing. Absolutely zero urgency from their side to resolve it and no idea if and when they'll get back to me.

I’ve now been waiting 8 weeks for my window. After being quoted 3-4 weeks. In the 5th week I was lied to and told
It with with the transport team, to then be told a week later, that it was waiting for a part. To then be told it’d be delivered the following Friday or Saturday, and I’d get a call to confirm that afternoon, then only to hear nothing back, no call, no email - seemingly no care about customers. It’s been 8 weeks on, I have no window and am out of pocket for the entire cost of the order. It’s simply appalling. At this point I’ve no hope this is a legit company, and concerned if I’ll ever get my order.

Really good customer service in responding to my emails and the bespoke configuration that I was looking for. The company was very accommodating and allowed me to visit the factory to view a sample of the crittal style doors that I wanted to order.
