Great fast delivery and unloaded all by himself , very thankful

Communication, time slot and tracking was helpful. They were carefully transported and the driver was really friendly and went above and beyond. The doors haven’t been fitted yet but they seem to be of good quality. Thank you :-)

Delivery early allowed me to get to work for the day. Driver really friendly and helpful. Chatted lots.

On time. Kind and helpful. A great guy

A fantastic buying experience with Aluminium Trade Windows, right from the beginning right up to the delivery. They even let me change the dimensions of the door that I had ordered days previously. The driver Antony lifted the door and the window into our garage so that my wife didn’t have to, what a kind gentleman. Thanks very much Anthony, and also a big thanks to Aluminium Trade Windows. 🙂👍

Delivery driver was really friendly & helpful! They got the item delivered exactly when they said they would too 👍🏼

Antony was very prompt, professional friendly and helpful on delivery. Really can’t fault him in any way. Went above and beyond considering access was tricky.

Delivery driver Anthony was brilliant, disappointingly the trickle vents were missing, which took over three weeks and two deliveries to arrive.
They were very apologetic, but if correct procedures were in place it is a failing that shouldn't happen. A real shame as the product was not only cheap but excellent quality, and delivered on time with a very helpful and courteous driver.

Anthony was lovely and helpful and delivered our door in the time frame given

The entire team at Aluminium Trade Windows are always helpful and friendly and their products are great quality. When we had an issue they were quick to resolve it for us. The delivery drivers give great communication with a useful tracking service to give us time to prepare on site for their arrival, and they assist with unloading.

A great company that I have no hesitation recommending.

Brilliant service and quality all round. Tony the driver was a great a real gentleman and asset to Aluminium Windows.

Thank you for the professionalism and quality service we will definitely use again.

Great from placing order, to delivery, very helpful throughout.

Anthony delivered a fantastic service today. The items were delivered on time and as predicted by the app. He was very helpful and courteous.

Antony was fantastic and carried the window in the house for me, whereas previously when I ordered my French door from here it was left on the kerbside. Couldn’t fault the service of Antony.

Ordering process very straightforward, and when I questioned the final sizes before signing off I was able to speak on the phone and sorted straight away. Kept up to date during manufacturing, and confirmation of delivery. Delivered on the day by Anthony who was very cheerful and easy to deal with. Good experience overall.

Great communication and tracking, the driver was really helpful, I'd definitely recommend.

Top notch delivery. Friendly, helpful and helped me where he didn't need to... I 100% would have tipped if I had any cash in the house, so a 5 star review is the least I can do.
