Dreadful service and sold a dud.
We called them to look at a 5 year old German freezer that was not functioning. They charged for call out and said it needed to be replaced.
We accepted this advice and ordered a new one from them.
Delivery dates were messed up and they fitted the “new” freezer but it didn’t go below 4 degrees! They said we had to call the manufacturer because they couldn’t do anything. The manufacturer indicated that we needed to have special ventilation vents for their freezer (something Glotech failed to note) so we had to arrange for a joiner come in and fit vent pannels above and below the freezer at a cost of £400.
Then the manufacturer’s engineer eventually came and found that the appliance was faulty and it had to be taken apart and a new component fitted.
Feels like the Glotech people knew this all along. They charged for fitting the appliance and left it not working properly and failed to note that a special vent was required by the manufacturer.
The people I called at Glotech were particularly unhelpful and I would never use this firm again.
Dreadful service attitude and possibly they were aware that they sold me a duff freezer.

I had difficulties ordering a part online and then by phone, lastly I tried by email, I'm so glad I did! The service was excellent, speedy responses, had the part in stock and was despatched ASAP and received within a couple of days. I was kept update at every stage of the order. Very pleased and many thanks.

I bought a range through Glotech and could not be happier with my experience. The product was built to order and the team at Glotech was great at liaising with the manufacturer, managing my expectations on delivering and proactively keeping me updated on progress.

Our last freezer was bought from Glotech in 2002. Its replacement was installed last week. Our thanks to Barry, who identified the exact model to suit our needs. We cannot praise the installers highly enough. They cleaned the area behind the freezer before fitting the new one, and explained very clearly how to start the machine, essential does and don'ts, and how to register the guarantee. They were helpful, pleasant, and very efficient. No wonder we have been buying equipment from Glotech since 2002!

This is the second time I have used Glotech this year to buy an appliance. I have had excellent service from Barry in the sales department who was so helpful and able to locate what I required.

Really helpful and responsive.
Order received quickly and updates were provided at each stage.
Would recommend and use again.

Dreadful service throughout my non-repair of my Siemens dishwasher. I had an E15 fault which is a common fault, quite easy to fix, apparently. Or should be. Twice the engineers came, twice they failed to find the water leak at a cost of £105. A complete waste of my money. Not recommended, avoid this company ...

Lee/Soren came by to install a diswasher and take away the old one. Courteous, quick and efficient, a real pleasure!

It was easy to get an engineer by filling in the online form. I needed one on a specific day as my tenant works 6 days a week. I managed to get one for the day I wanted. I knew it would be an afternoon appointment and my only criticism would be that it was left until 4.45 to inform us that they’d been delayed and that they’d be in touch. I actually phoned the office and thankfully someone was still there and I was told someone would definitely be there and they were around 6.30. Unfortunately the machine could not be repaired. Glotech also sell appliances and I bought one from them and I was very happy with the price. Also as I had used their engineer I got a discount on disconnection, re connection and taking the old one away which was a lot cheaper than getting a plumber and then having to dispose of the old one. The price also included delivery. It did however come at a cost to be delivered up 3 flights of stairs but all in all it was a very good service and I would use Glotech again. Katie in Sales was very helpful too.

I was charged for something that was not needed. When dealing with this company there seems to be lots of different people based in different places and no one actually exlains how things work within the company. I have gone on order a new washing machine through them but did not get any form of discount,despite having paid for somethig that was not needed

Replaced defunct built-in dishwasher with speed and skill. Couldn't be more helpful. Lovely to deal with!

Just had a new Fridge/Freezer delivered by Glotech. Amazing service from the sale to delivery. It was a great price and the delivery was quick and seamless.

Call glowtech about faulty dishwasher. They came out very quickly and the engineer Andrew repaired the dishwasher within a few days after ordering the parts. Extremely good service

From the moment Andrew arrived he set about fixing the hide and slide door on my Neff oven, it was a challenge, he advised me of the risks to the glass, but successfully managed to extract the broken door and order replacement parts. Excellent engineer and a good guy, he likes proper coffee. Overall great service, prompt call out, parts replacement and good communication from Glotech

Let me know he was in his way and had the parts with him that were needed, and fixed my oven very quickly. No mess left either

Perfect service

Really great and speedy service. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days and the issue was resolved within a week. Special kudos to Andrew who did a brilliant job.
Would recommend!

Andrew( engineer) was extremely polite and respectful talked to me letting me know all what he was doing and explaining how to prevent it from happening again.
