These people will take more of your money than they need to. £99 call out, the “technician” changed a part and the appliance still had the same fault so I’m over £200 down and no further forward. They wouldn’t refund the part and suggested they should change all possible components that could be causing the problem at the same time (3 more components) - ridiculous. This would cost another £500 so £700+ for a repair when a brand new appliance with warranty is £450, even if bought a new one now I’d still be better off than following their advice. These hapless goons don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. AVOID!!!

Washer fixed and sorted, engineer Nick was great, highly recommended!

George was polite and helful and fixed my AEG dishwasher

Dino and Seth came to install a new fridge and remove an old one that wasn't working anymore. This meant that both had to be carried up and down 50 stair steps in a narrow flat block. They were courteous, professional, did the job as fast as they possibly could, and during what I imagine is a very busy period. Highly recommend them, and had no issues at all.

Dihu and Callum were really nice, kind and polite and superbly efficient. They went out of their way to help and I can heartily recommend them. Brilliant team and brilliant service. The machines are excellent too.

The Glotech sales and support team were amazing on the phone too - fab company.

Both installation engineers (Dinu & Seth) were polite and courteous. They answered any questions that were asked.

We replaced our dishwasher with Glotech & had a great experience. The sales team were really helpful on the phone, taking us through the options that would work in our space & helping us come to a decision that was right for us. Delivery & installation was quick & easy - Dinu & Callum were efficient, friendly and excellent problem solvers. They also took the old dishwasher away, which was really helpful. All in all - a great service, we'd definitely recommend them.

This is my go to company for any appliances. From the great advice and ease of ordering from Barry in Sales, to the professional, careful and personable delivery staff ( shame I didn't take the young man's name as he has delivered here before and nothing is too much trouble). I should mention that their prices are competitive.I cannot recommend Glotech highly enough!

Bought a new dishwasher from Glotech after old one expired. When the fitters came to remove the old dishwasher they couldn't get the old one out because there was not enough head room. That was sorted separately by a Glotech guy and today Dinu, Seth, and Callum came to fit the new dishwasher. The boys did a great job and we can now stop washing everything in the sink. A job well done! Thanks, lads, and thanks Glotech.

Excellent service received by Glotech Appliances.
Dinu, Seth and Callum arrived on time, were friendly but professional. Very rare now a days to have such good engineers turn up, fit an appliance and not leave until it was 100% right.

I recently had a fridge freezer installed by Glotech, and I cannot praise their service enough. The installation was carried out to an impeccable standard, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

A special mention goes to the three workmen—Dino, Seth, and Callum—who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail throughout the process. Their teamwork and expertise ensured the installation was completed flawlessly, and they left the area spotless afterward.

It’s rare to come across such high standards of workmanship these days, and I’m thoroughly impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glotech to anyone in need of appliance installation services.
