I would highly recommend using Glover Priest for conveyancing. We used them for the sale of our house and although the completion took nearly 7 months, this was no fault of GP. We were first time buyers and the mortgage process seemed extremely complicated at first. we instructed Glover Priest through Lloyds and Chloe and Sophie were assigned our case. from that point on it was pretty much smooth sailing. Chloe and Sophie were both very professional and explained everything in laymen terms so that would could understand it. they kept in constant contact with us and answered any questions we had throughout the process. I can only speak as I found my
Process. I took the decision to use this firm on a Recommendation, however I couldn’t say I would recommend them further. There’s no doubt that from a legal perspective the job will get done , but the whole process was more of an ordeal. There are many reasons I could list , but I will simply say this , will they get the job done .. yes.. would I use them again , No. be safe to say that the excitement of a new home was tainted by this service , but that is only my experience and as I say , in the end the job got done .. at the point of my patience evaporating . Do your research before you instruct.
