GloverPriest Solicitors Reviews

Do not use this solicitors. After completion and exchange, after I had paid the full amount requested, they then 'realised' I owed them more money and were intimidating and threatening in trying to claim this money. If a team of 'legal experts' can miscalculate their own costs, I wouldn't trust them with your house purchase or anything else legal in fact.

The family team at Glover priest Stourbridge. From start to finish have been amazing. Kirsty and Louise not only helped me but made me feel like my case mattered.

And for that I am thankful, to finally be able to take my daughter on a holiday abroad means everything to me memories with your children is all the matters in life.

Thank you guys

Kept up to date with conveyancing process and helped with any queries I had. Would recommend.

Stephanie was incredible from start to finish. Very responsive to any and all queries we had. As someone who has purchased before, I was very very impressed and my partner as a FTB felt very reassured throughout. Massive thank you.

The service I received from Sally and Amina at Glover Priest Solicitors was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, easily contacted by telephone and email and patiently answered my questions and allayed my concerns. They went to great lengths to ensure they acted in my best interest both for my purchase and the future saleability of the property. I would not hesitate to contact them again for conveyancing services and recommend them to friends and family.

What an amazing professional service I received from GloverPriest with my house sale and completion this month. Throughout the process their prompt responses and professional advice have been amazing, thanks to Stephen, Nadine and Paige for a 10/10 service, can't recommend them enough

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Legal Support from Salvia Akram & Cathy Jones
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Salvia Akram from Globalpriest Solicitors, and she has been an integral part of my property portfolio’s success. Her service is consistently professional, fast, and insightful, providing much-needed legal advice exactly when it’s needed. Salvia’s dedication and clarity have made a real difference in navigating complex property matters.
I also want to extend my sincere appreciation to Cathy Jones, whose responsiveness and helpful nature have been equally invaluable. Cathy is always approachable and quick to assist, making every interaction smooth and reassuring.
Together, Salvia and Cathy form a truly outstanding team. Their support has been instrumental, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, efficient, and expert legal services

i used this company for conveyancing and although it was a stressful time they came out trumps in the end on the sale of my property. i was particularly impressed with Amina a legal assistant who stayed calm under pressure and got the job done whilst others were losing their heads.

Efficient and professional service. Stephen, Nadine and Paige were helpful and approachable. I would recommend the team highly to anyone selling or purchasing a property.

The service from Paige, Nadine & Stephen has been absolutely exceptional.

They are both responsive and attentive to all questions/queries you may have. I’ve never had to chase this firm once for an update, they have always been ahead of the game emailing me first to tell me the latest, I have never felt in the dark or left wondering what’s happening.

The experience I’ve had with GloverPriest in Lichfield blows any other experience I’ve had with other conveyancing firms out the water.

Stephen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a credit to your team!

I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent service from Elizabeth and the whole team at glover priest - shout out to Amanda who has been exceptionally quick with her replies and dealing with my constant pestering. Brill service from all

Fantastic professional yet friendly, efficient service from start to finish. Sally and the team were always on hand to answer any questions and put our mind at ease. Would definitely recommend Glover Priest to anyone looking to purchase a property. Thank you for making such a huge life event run so smoothly.

If you want a smooth, quick house move choose GloverPriest! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. We had Roxanne as our case handler, she and her team were so, so, so efficient - I never waited longer than a couple of hours for an email reply and usually they responded faster. They constantly kept us in the loop, paperwork was very quickly processed and everything was explained so well. They had everything under control and made the whole process stress free! We cant thank them enough for their help.

Dire service

I am not a client and won't ever be--just the poor chap at the end of chain waiting for GPS to complete their work. If you saw a multiple pile up-would you warn on-coming traffic? Well I rarely write reviews and yes the service has to be truly awful to galvanise a poor review. 1 star is too generous.
The solicitor failed to respond to emails from the estate agent and my solicitor pretty well from start to finish, as well as making rooky errors not checking the basics until the last moment-causing yet more delays. Inconsistent replies, blame for others not sending info-which they did. I could go on. and on. Everything held up for weeks and weeks, generating anxiety, stress and frustration for so many other people's lives.
The awful thing is that estate agents recommend this company for a referral fee--and there seems to be nothing you can do about things when held ransom by casual ineptitude. This is the pile up down the road--please take great care.

CHOOSE GLOVER PRIEST! Honestly, i've had a great experience with GloverPriest. Stephen's communication was clear and consistent throughout. He was always quick to respond and helpful when I had any questions. The team that work alongside Stephen, Nadine & Paige - thank you both as well for your hard work behind the scenes. You're all a great team and I would 100% recommend to anyone buying a home.

Anouska, Gemma and Joanne has been very great support to our mortgage experience. They had kept us updated and explained things in simple terms. Highly recommended and had made our home purchase a smooth one.

Nothing was a problem to sort out. Very approachable and helpful. Excellent service.

Stephen, Nadine and Paige handled our conveyancing brilliantly. I can't recommend them highly enough: professional, level-headed, thorough, speedy response, excellent communications - and believe me, we had a host of external issues to deal with which were smoothly handled by Glover Priest! If you are selling or buying a property, you will not go wrong with Stephen and the team, I really can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again!

I had approached Glover priest Solictors to act for my mu on remortgage of 2 properties buy to let, as the price quoted was reasonable.
The conveyancer was hloe was chloe hobb. 1 week later after getting stared wen the offer had been sent out to her, I received a email saying she cannot continue due to the complecations as POA and my mothers residence and well as dispute going on with another solictor regarding other matter, leaving us in the hole. This professional condut of a solictor, having a duty of care to thir client, backfired, and has complecated mattersfor me to look elsewher which is just time wasting.
very unprofessional, not duty of care, unhelpful. Stay away from this firm. NOT RECOMMEDED

The sale of a property has just fallen through after 16months of waiting A simple transfer of a piece of land that needed to be included in the sale that a third party paid for also using GP Tamworth office took nearly 2 years to complete. The level of service throughout has been worse than appalling. If I was told once that the “ post completion team” were dealing with my case , I was told a dozen times. To this day I don’t know who they are but they didn’t actually complete after nearly 2 years. Even at the end of my dealings with them, I told them I would be out of the country at the end of the week and was there anything I needed to sign so as not to delay anything. Guess what ? A week later as I am sitting in the airport departure lounge I get an e mail from GP telling me the attached form needs signing with a witnessed counter signature. Just one small example of the of sheer incompetence.
