The new boiler was installed well and the guys did a good job. There was an issue with electrical wires, and the electrician did a lot of tests and checks to find the fault. It was eventually solved, but it was frustrating on all parties. It was good that they wanted to ensure that it was all right and correct.

The attending engineer was excellent and checked the system fully. He spent most time outside cleaning g and servicing the ashp. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had called out for a service of my boiler, it's brand new anyway, but advised to service every year to keep the warranty going. The gentleman was very helpful, and polite. Always checking in with me and letting me know what he was doing.
