Arrived when they said they would. Good communication, but we struggled with the AI receptionist!
Very neat & tidy, minimal mess.
Everyone involved happily explained what was happening.
Jack’s initial visit was very thorough with no pressure.

Particularly impressed that the engineer quickly identified the recurring over pressuring of the boiler and hence cutting off the heating as being down to the expansion vessel behind the boiler being empty, and recharged it.
Slightly disappointed this wasn’t resolved in the past as was mentioned to Glow Heating on more than one occasion before the latest visit.

All the people involved with changing my boiler were pleasant, polite, respectful and got on with the work. Everywhere was tidied up before they left.

Quick, tidy, friendly

I’m a bit ancient, old school values and all that. Your receptionist was charming and very helpful. Your engineer that visited me fixed the problem in no time, had a cheery disposition and was helpful and informative as I am new to oil fired heating systems. What’s not to like, a proper team of people to sort your troubles.Definitely use you as my go to boiler repair and service company.

Prompt, friendly and efficient service at a reasonable price

Everyone was friendly and was able to work round my needs also with my carers. They were very professional and explaining what they were going to do each step of the way. After they finished for the day, they cleaned up after themselves very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved into our new house in December when we noticed the boiler was faulty. The heating and hot water kept timing off. We tried calling several engineers who either weren’t interested in coming out or could not come out until the end of January. When we called Glow they were really helpful and able to come out quickly. They did a complete service and fixed the fault. They took their time and went out over their time slot to sort out the boiler. Polite and helpful and will use again.

We had our boiler break over the Christmas holidays.
Jack and all the team have been amazing from start to finish and we cannot thank this company enough 🤗
