Glow kept me informed at all times , turned up on time , respected my property by putting on overshoes, and the engineer was very pleasant. He just got on with the job .

I found all of the Glow members of staff, from the office staff to the heating engineers to be friendly, respectful and professional.
I was given clear information about my options including the costs without any pressure for me to make a decision.
The weather on the day of the combi-boiler installation was atrocious, but never mind, the engineer protected my carpets with ample amounts of carpet cling film which kept everything clean and dry. He worked hard and proficiently all day, leaving me with a working boiler and no mess. The old boiler was taken away on the day.
I would highlight that Glow ensured that the visits were booked with some urgency. They arrived when expected and proved to be reliable and trustworthy.
I would definitely use this company again and am already on their database for the annual service in 2026.

We had our air conditioning units installed by Paul and Cody with Steve taking care of the electrics on one of the days. Everybody was very professional and polite, turning up on time and making sure to keep mess to a minimum. They cleaned up, vacuumed etc each day, leaving the bedrooms usable between their visits. It was a big job with 4 bedrooms having units installed simultaneously over 4 days but Paul and Cody were considerate of our needs to access the bedrooms at times while also completing the work efficiently and to a high standard. We were updated regularly on the progress and once installed, Paul explained how to use the units and gave us tips and advice on how to keep them well maintained.
We were very impressed with the work completed and will be recommending Glow to our friends and family.

From getting the quote to completing the work, the whole team were extremely helpful. They arrived on time and left our home tidy at the end.
Special thanks to Morgan & Steve nothing was too much trouble.

We are very happy with our new oil boiler and now have a toasty cosy home.

Men were there every day, on time it all went like clockwork.

From the initial visit and survey to the quite quick date for the installation the whole process was extremely competent . All members of staff whom i have met or spoken to have been extremely helpful and pleasant and are a credit to the company.

The time slots were a little confusing on the website as asks to choose a time slot then a follow up email is sent to advise the engineer will call to arrange for another time
On the day the engineer arrived
just after 9 when I thought it was arranged for the afternoon so not sure I got on with the website but all worked out , amd I was home all day anyway
A lot of information is sent out by email which could be helpful but is a lot to go through as it seems to be in relation to all their services
Would definitely contact again though as feel they are really reliable and trust worthy

We have had a new gas boiler installed by Glow Heating Services, they removed the old one, fitted new gas piping outside and a lovely new boiler and arranged for the old one to be collected. Engineers Paul and Codie and Electrician Steve who installed our Hive system (which is so easy to control) were absolutely fantastic, clearing up after themselves and making such a neat job of all of the pipes etc and were generally extremely professional throughout the day and we highly recommend them and Glow Heating Services as a company

Paul and Cody were professional, pleasant and did the job quickly and efficiently on 13 Nov. Would welcome them again for any future plumbing work.
Also on 6 Nov, Graham carried out a gas safety check and boiler and fire service which we were happy with.

The team from glow were very professional and friendly the installation went very well I have only given 3 stars because I was not told that the new boiler was not compatible with my shower so as soon as we had the boiler up and running the pressure blew the pipes so we had a waterfall running over electrical cables I phoned glow they sent someone out 2 days later the person looked at it told me I needed to isolate the shower and left. I managed to find a local plumber who isolated the shower and make it safe. The other problem was glow said they would take all the rubbish away I have asked a couple of times but the rubbish is still here. I have no problem with the installation or the guys who carried out the work,

Glow have been amazing from start to finish. Giving great advice and great communication. From Kerry in the office to Morgan, Jack, Steve and Harry who fitted our new air source heat pump, the installation ran smoothly and we are over the moon. Thank you guys.

Glow recently fitted me a new boiler. I can honestly say the service from start to finish was absolutely superb.

Exceptionally clean, tidy and discreet air con installation. Very efficient and nice people to deal with. Good price and did everything promised. Highly recommended.

Appointment was quick and easy to book. Engineer was prompt and extremely friendly and professional. Liked that certificates etc sent electronically. Much better for the environment. Will definitely use again.

Engineer was very friendly and sorted the fault out quickly and repaired it th enext day.

The sparkies who installed our hive were great. It was also lovely to see a young apprentice being shown how to do it. They stayed until everything was working, checking that the hive app was loading and that the settings on the boiler were correct. Thanks and I would definitely use them again.
