I cannot fault the work
I cannot fault the work. They were respectful of property with the liberal use of dust sheets and carpet protection, also very thorough with vacuuming and dust containment. The clean up was excellent. The tradesman doing the work were polite, respectful, and obliging. But I have to say not so with the manager/foreman, who walked in and started walking about the house looking around, without any introduction or explanation. I had to go after him and ask him who he was and what he was doing. Not good manners I have to say.
As for the installation itself. It looks great and works very well.
I am also very pleased with the terms of the warranty.

Paul C is the man who can
Myself and my family have used Glow a number of times, specifically using Paul C and Cody. They are both always thorough, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend Paul and Cody and it’s nice to have engineers who are able to work in a home with disabled users and neurodivergent people.

From start to finish the team at Glow were lovely. Happy to change their communication style from a phone call to email to suit my work/job. Always fast at responding to emails as well. Graham who came out to look at our heating was nice and very knowledgeable as well. Will definitely be using them in future!

After our boiler packed up
After our boiler packed up, we call to get a quote for a replacement.
All was quick, transparent, and very professional.
Once agreed on the price and time then Glow keep us informed of who and when an engineer would arrive.
They also gave different options to pay but we decided on paying out right.
The workers were very clean and respectful to your home and animals.
I highly recommend Glow.

Person who answered phone was knowledgeable. She identified person who could get to us within 24 hours and made appointment.
Plumber happened to pass our house so called in and did the job efficiently within 4 hours of my call.

Excellent installation of air-conditioning units
This is the second project that Glow has completed for me, and both times the service has been outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear SMS updates letting me know when to expect the surveyor and the engineers each day.
This project was for the installation of 2 multi-split air-conditioning units. The workmanship was first-rate, and the engineers were friendly, courteous, and happy to explain the installation and answer questions along the way. Not everything went exactly to plan, but any hiccups were handled quickly and professionally to make sure the final result was perfect.
A reliable, professional company that clearly takes pride in its work - highly recommended.

To be completely honest the engineer…
To be completely honest the engineer had a really bad attitude and was grumbling the whole time he was in our home. He then dropped a screw down our sink and had to take everything apart to retrieve it. He was moaning about his jobs for the day and the van he was in. He didn't even speak to me or say hello he only acknowledged my fiancé which was rude. Overall would not want to be using this company again.

I’m really sorry to read your comments and to hear that your experience with us wasn’t up to the standards we set as a business. As soon as this review came through, our office manager, Courtney, called to apologise and discuss it with you. We weren’t aware that you’d been left unhappy with our visit until today, and I’d like to apologise again for any dissatisfaction caused.
For transparency, our visit was arranged through your managing agent. While you’re not a direct customer of ours, you should still expect a polite and professional service, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t your experience. We’re no longer working with your landlord’s managing agent, so it’s unlikely you’ll be using our services in the future, either directly or indirectly.
I’ll be speaking with Graham about your feedback. He was working in one of our spare vans that day, and we also had three appointments cancelled at short notice by the managing agent. That’s of course no justification for any behaviour you felt was unacceptable, but knowing Graham as I do (for around 18 years — I was his apprentice), I can assure you there would have been no malice or intent behind how he came across. That said, there are undoubtedly lessons we can take from this to ensure nothing is taken the wrong way in future.

We had a leak on the heating system
We had a leak on the heating system. At short notice we were slotted in for a visit from Graham. Although clearly not a fan of new technology he was more than able to not just sort out the leak, but also to reset the complicated controls to make sure the kids are now toasty warm.
