G M Windows & Doors Ltd Reviews

Fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication from start to finish. I had a bay window fitted with integral blinds and the result far exceeded my expectations. Paul and Mick arrived on time to fit it and they have done a fantastic job. They are also very nice guys and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Bryony is a little diamond as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this company

From start to finish, the customer service I received from George and Bryony who, when I was choosing my door, were very patient and helpful, was excellent. I am delighted with my new front door and I would definitely do business with this company again. I would definitely recommend their products.

The workmen came when they said that they would, and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard. All the staff members of this business behaved in a polite professional manner. We have received very positive comments such as, ‘It seems like a really good door, I like how it closes’, also ‘It’s a good quality handle on the door’.

First class service from start to finish. Very professional job from very friendly efficient workers who did an excellent job on windows and door. We would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company from start to finish. Bryony in the office was so friendly and talked me through the whole process and advised accordingly, always at the end of the phone if I needed more details. The survey was done efficiently and the surveyor advised me regarding alternatives. The fitting was arranged around myself, and Paul and Mick were excellent. They were a great team and did a very professional job consulting me all the way along. I definitely recommend GM Windows.

Great service, arrived on time, pleasant men. Can't fault them. Wonderful job.

After much research we decided to go with GM windows & doors Ltd, from the initial consultation to the finished results we couldn’t be happier!

Would definitely use and recommend this company.

GM Windows were outstanding. Quick turnaround with survey and quote, good advice particularly from George, and an excellent installation. I would not use anyone else for doors and windows, highly recommend them.

Second time using the company, this time to install the privacy window on the staircase. Really pleased with the effect, Paul and Callum were efficient, tidy, and came right on time, too. The job didn't take long at all, and the window fits perfectly. Very pleased yet again!

Everything about this job was excellent. From the sales lady Bryony helping us to choose a door that exactly suited our needs to the surveyor who did the measuring to the installation team, everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. The finished job was superb and we can't recommend GM windows too highly.

This is the second time we have used GM Windows and Doors Ltd they were brilliant from start to finish. The lads worked incredibly hard and were very polite despite the nightmare job they had to deal with. I would definitely use this company again for any further future projects.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Many thanks to Callum and Paul for the fantastic job they did replacing our front door and to Bryony, Freya and George for all your help too. Highly recommend this company.

Window fitter came to measure up 30/5/25
Window installed 12/6/25
Very fast, reliable, friendly, professional and good price
Would highly recommend

First thing to say is that GM responded to our request after one of the larger companies failed to show up. They quickly inspected the windows and measured up before advising us on replacing the glass rather than the whole frame. This saved a considerable amount of money. They were consistently responsive through WhatsApp, always helpful, and though we had to wait a few weeks for the windows to be fitted they were done efficiently and cleanly with no fuss. We also needed some of the hinges and locks sorting and the guys came back to do that at a later date. We received one other quote from a local firm and GM came in at 40% cheaper. Couldn't be happier.

Door and window replacement - great communications from Bryony, super helpful, fantastic quality composite door, super neat job and well fitted. Reliable and responsive.
