As promised M&R contacted us regarding an annual boiler service and, as always, great communication all round.
I do feel a little picky saying it but, the engineer told my wife he had spilt a little water and had dried it up. Unfortunately however, the bedding and towels in the cupboard were left wet.
Meh! 6 and half a dozen you could say🤷🏻♂️
Otherwise good service.

I can recommend M&R plumbing, from start to finish the whole process to replace my boiler went smoothly. They were punctual, efficient,friendly and Jack & Finn left the workspace clean & tidy. The rubbish was removed the next day. I called in to arrange my service plan with Charlotte,she was helpful and courteous. All in all a great experience. Thank you.
