Dear all, I’m more than satisfied , first of all is started when we initiated the discussion about my intention for hairs transplant, the advisor is extremely professional, and all explanations are clear, proposals , package , then I took decision then here it’s started with excellent organisation dates , flights times , pick up , hotel , operation day : docto mr staff , interpreter , excellent work and attentively during whole day , with professionalism , then one day after cleaning, I had and I m having very close monitoring which shows that the staff are following with us after the operation and the leave , I woule like to say that its excellent thanks to the support team , doctor , staff team at clinic, Interpreter

- Dès votre arrivée a Istanbul, vous êtes pris en charge par un chauffeur qui vous déposera à l'hôtel, GMC travaille avec des chauffeur sérieux qui étaient toujours à l'heure ou même en avance, à toute heure !
- L'hôtel A11 atasehir est propre, la réception est sympathique et le petit déjeuner était excellent. +Vous pouvez commander à manger depuis la réception si vous êtes fatigué le soir après l'opération.
-Asuman, votre accompagnatrice/traductrice est très gentille, elle est très professionnelle mais j'ai aussi apprécié son côté humain. Elle réponds à toutes vos questions avant pendant et après l'opération.
-Concernant l'opération il est trop tôt pour dire si c'est un succès mais je suis content du travail effectué sur mon vertex et mes golfs.

Les - : prévention : l'opération est longue et douloureuse (Mais ça en vaut la peine j'en suis sûr !).
- c'est secondaire je trouve mais l'hôtel est éloigné du centre

From the moment I contacted global medical they answered all my questions and got back to so quickly. Throughout my whole journey from start to finish I had updates and support when needed. Dr Yalim Uctum answered all my questions and visited me daily after my surgery. I went to turkey by myself and was put at ease throughout the whole journey. Couldn’t ask for a better team.

I booked with Global Medical care for Gastric Sleeve Surgery in Turkey on 15th February. From arriving at the airport right through to being dropped off at the airport the service was 10/10. I was greeted at the airport by a lovely man, who chauffeured me around the whole time I was there. I was taken to the hospital for tests ready for my surgery the next day. The surgeon I had DR Mehmet Yalim Uçtum was amazing, all the staff at the hospital was great. After 3 nights in hospital I was then discharged and put in a hotel for the night, which I was then able to go around Izmir to do some shopping. The next morning I was collected and took back to the airport. I travelled alone from England to Turkey for my surgey and not once did I feel at ease, everyone was so lovely. This has to be one of the best decision I have made.

Anyone who is thinking about booking with this company, I would highly recommend them. The team have been so supportive, messaging and checking in on at all times, it's lovely to know they have stuck by me all the way.

Je suis satisfait de la prise en charge et le sérieux de Global medical care,en ayant eu un petit problème d annulation de mon vol aller,par faute d intempéries, il on su décaler mon intervention d un jour,et tous c est très bien passé ! l' accueil, l'organisation, le professionnalisme,une traductrice sérieuse et compétente, j attend de cette expérience de voir les résultats dans quelques semaines et mois.....!

The team was fantastic and very attentive. They assauged any concerns I had by listening and addressing them. Absolutely everything was taken care of.

From the minute I was collected from the airport till I was taken back to the airport, I was treated professionally and felt reassured. Everyone i met was genuinely interested and invested in my comfort and welfare. The facilities were excellent and staff amazing. My surgery was problem free and I didn't actually have any pain. 3 days later I was able to spend the afternoon sightseeing. I have recovered without issue and the results so far have surpassed my expectations. I am already arranging my next "improvement ". I highly recommend Global Medical Care. The professionalism, high level of care and value for money cannot be beaten.

Sincèrement rien à dire sur la prise en charge le déroulement et le retour en France tout a été parfait, global medicare a toujours été là et c'est vrai qu'ils font tout pour vous trouver le meilleur chirurgien dans sa catégorie, pourquoi je mets 4, c'est parce que j'aimerais venir d'ici quelques mois mettre 5 pour le suivi post opératoire qui a très bien commencé par ailleurs, mais je n'hésiterais pas une seule seconde à les choisir pour un accompagnement en Turquie

Just on my last day before travelling back home to England, after having a gastric sleeve with Dr Yalim Ucktum via Global Medical Care. Right from the initial contact, I felt confident in my decision and comforted by every question answered by them.
When we got to Turkey, everything was ready, the transfers were lovely big Mercedes, when we got to the hospital for our first night, our English translator was there straight away and ordered us dinner. We started with our first test which then carried on the next morning, there are so many tests and this was really reassuring. Our doctor came to visit us before our op and just is the loveliest man. The Global Medical Care team were also there, which was lovely as we had been speaking with them for so long.
The op itself went really well, and we’ve had great after care from the whole team, including the doctor who kept coming to check on us.
I would recommend over and over.
